Kitchen & Coffee Bar Though compact, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample granite counter space, and all the essentials to cook at home. There isn’t a separate dining area, but a large island with barstools for two serves as a convenient and cozy spot to enjoy meals.

This was my third stay in this building and the second in this unit. I travel to KC every year or so when my newest novel comes out. It’s convenient for my author events at Rainy Day Books and I can get together with friends and family at so many places on the Plaza. The new free trolley is so close and makes it easy to get downtown. The apartment light and airy and has everything I need for a week’s stay.

This property has a great location near the Nelson Atkins Gallery, UMKC, and the Plaza. All of these are within walking distance, the latter two are four to five blocks away. The hallway external to the condo could be a bit cleaner, but the condo itself was good and clean. The host was quick to answer when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay. It is close to the art museum and lots of restaurants. On street parking was no problem during our visit. The traffic noise did bother me the first night, but I got used to it. Overall a nice place to spend the weekend.

Great spot
My husband and I were in town visiting friends and we always love being close to the plaza’s shops and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our needs and short stay. Even though my husband and I are used to a king bed, the queen bed was extremely comfortable. We never had an issue finding a parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
Kristen was so easy to communicate with. She was really fast to respond. The elevator was out in the building, but Kristen let me know ahead of time and offered to refund my stay if it was a problem for us. The condo was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again!
