* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full.. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced in yard and the area is perfect for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

Roeland Park is located right outside of Kansas City, Missouri just over the State Line. If you are visiting Kansas or Missouri this home is situated in a perfect area. There are places to eat and purchase groceries and other necessities within minutes.

This home features a nice sized living room with a chair and couch for sprawling out and relaxing! A large TV is mounted for a convenient Netflix binge night.

Dining room is equipped with a table that seats up to four. Perfect for a small family dinner or friends weekend of board games or makes a great workspace.

The beautiful kitchen has been recently renovated and offers stainless steel appliances. All the cookware and dishware is provided in order for you to prepare your meals or order in! The kitchen features a full coffee bar featuring a Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and a Pour Over. Coffee grounds, creamer and sugar are provided with every stay. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or a cold brew in the lovely sunroom!

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with lush pillows to give you that much needed rest! Extra storage available with dresser and closet space. Both bedrooms also have a small desk for work or pampering.

There is one full size bathroom in this home with a shower/tub combo. One large bath towel and one wash cloth is provided for each guest along with dark make-up towels for convenience. Tommy Bahama luxury bath products are provided which include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

This home has private parking via a driveway and can fit up to three vehicles.
