Sunbird #407- Pearl Gulf Getaway

This beautifully quaint 1 bedroom unit offers all the comforts of home to ensure your stay in paradise is one to remember. Enjoy one of the best views of the gulf from the living room, dining room, and kitchen of Sunbird 407 in the East Tower. The master bedroom features a king bed with access to the bathroom, while the living room hosts a cabinet for two and a sleeper sofa as well to allow guest to enjoy multiple sleeping options in the den common space. Sunbird Resorts offers a relaxing beach scene in close proximity to many of Panama City Beach's best amenities and attractions. We hope to host your stay in paradise!

The Sunbird is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
