A mile from the beach- our brand new spacious Tupelo Bay Golf Villa is perfect for your next getaway! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for large families or groups looking to soak in the scenery and enjoy the multitude of entertainment options in Myrtle Beach & Murrells Inlet! As guests, you'll have access to all the amenities offered at Tupelo Bay, such as our executive 18-hole golf course, Par 3 course, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, mini-golf, fitness center, and ice cream parlor. You can hop on the resort's summer shuttle to the nearby beach to bask in the sun and stroll the ocean shore. We would love to have you as guests at our new home away from home!

***About the Unit***

Our newly constructed Villa is in an ideal location on the Tupelo Bay grounds: right next to the pools and beach shuttle stop, with "forever wild" pond views from the balcony. It is an extra-large 2,336 sq. ft second-story unit (w/ elevator) with 4 bedrooms as well as an additional sunroom that can serve as a 5th bedroom if desired.

• The Master Bedroom offers a King-sized bed, with walk-in closet, sitting area, TV, and private full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and double vanities.
• The second master has a Queen bed, TV, and adjacent full bathroom that can be closed off with a pocket door to create another master suite.
• The third bedroom has another Queen bed, TV, and a third full bathroom that can also be closed off to create a suite with a pocket door.
• A fourth bedroom offers a full/double bunk bed with a twin on top and TV. With comfortable memory foam mattresses, this bedroom can serve kids or adults.
• An additional sunroom includes a flexible daybed with trundle- providing larger groups with two extra memory foam twin beds.

***Amenities & Linens Included***

Newly furnished and professionally cleaned, guests can expect all the conveniences of home, including fresh linens and towels- with pre-made beds and hung towels ready for your arrival. Our kitchen and 3 full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash & bar soap, hand soap, hairdryers, and toilet paper provided for your stay. We have a brand new washer and dryer with detergent, ironing board, and paper towels. Enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with all the conveniences such as a coffee maker & Keurig, blender, slow cooker, and toaster oven. For your convenience, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, and beach accessories are also available for use.

The villa is fully airconditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Also included are free Wi-Fi, cable television, & DVD player. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and each of the 4 bedrooms also has its own 43-inch Smart TV- all with "Guest Settings" so you can use your own streaming services while on vacation.
