Der Rose Garden, einer der schönsten Regionen Cape Corals, bietet sehr viel Abwechslung. Neben Bars, Restaurants, Grills und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Tarpon Point Marina können Sie hier Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge unternehmen. Inmitten dieser traumhaften Region befindet sich die Villa Summer Breeze, gelegen an einem weiten Kanal mit direktem Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko. Das Haus überzeugt mit seiner hochwertigen Einrichtung schon beim Betreten. Auf der rechten Seite des Hauses ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad, sowie eine Toilette mit Zugang zum Poolbereich untergebracht. Eines der Bäder hat einen Zugang zum Poolbereich und kann somit auch als Poolbad genutzt werden. Auf der linken Seite des Hauses befinden sich die beiden Gästezimmer mit dem dazugehörigen Badzimmer. Die große, gut ausgestattete, zum Westen ausgerichtete Poolterrasse, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Neben ausgedehnten Sonnenbädern können Sie hier Ihre wertvolle Freizeit in vollen Zügen genießen und zwischendurch Abkühlung im Pool suchen. Vom großen Bootsdeck aus können Sie mit einem angemieteten Boot, abenteuerliche Bootstouren in den Golf von Mexiko unternehmen. Die Strände von Sanibel, Captiva oder Fort Myers sind mit dem Boot schnell zu erreichen. Am Abend lohnt sich ein Halt in der Tarpon Point Marina oder Cape Harbor um mit dem Boot anzulegen und den Abend in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen.

Best view and location in Cape Coral

We loved the view at the swimming pool and the greeting of manatees and dolphons. We loved to watch the boats going in and out in the morning and evening. Very beautiful house and all the appliances and utencils are high quality ones. We loved staying in this property

Just what we needed

We enjoyed a week stay over the holidays. Everything was as described. Great house with plenty of space for our family. It is a nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The pool was great. We loved seeing all the boats, manatees and dolphins from the pool area and dock. Great area. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

I stayed here with my 3 children and my mother. It is beautiful and has a great view. We saw dolphins, manatee, and all sorts of fish off of the dock. We loved the large pool area.

Amazing property, great location.

This villa is fantastic. Super location, great for fishing, boating. The villa is very spacious and very clean. The experience of booking went very smoothly and the management company were very good. Whenever I emailed a question I received an answer back promptly. They made the stay very stress free and enjoyable.

This house has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed watching the boat on the canal. The home is very nice, but the furniture in this house is very uncomfortable! The sofa, chair, and the master bed are incredible broken down! It was a long week of being uncomfortable.

Great Vacation! House! Location!

My family and I reserved this house for the 4th of July week. I wanted to say that we couldn't have been more pleased with the house, location, management company, and owners! I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in this area! We brought a boat and had easy access to the Gulf. The dock, lift etc.. were in good shape and everything we needed was provided at the home for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for making it a great vacation for my family.

Great location

We loved the location, rented a boat, kayaks, went to the beaches, shopping, nature walks etc. This is a great place. The house is dated, especially the master bed/bath. The pool was awesome and we loved the parade of boats that pass by. Very quiet place, we saw manatee and dolphins right from the dock. We wished the on-site kayaks and bicycles were available to use but they are not. It is hard to complain about anything for the price. We stayed for a month a loved it.

Stayed here for 8 days and let me tell you that everything and I mean everything was perfect. Kitched is huge and equipped with everything you will need. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect and huge. The pool made it perfect. Watching the boats go back and forth was a bonus. Let's not forget the MANATEE'S to the left and greeted us every morning! We will be back!

Amazing location

Very nice home with great dock. Saw manatees swimming by every day. Large kitchen with plenty of supplies. Wonderful neighborhood. We were able to tie our boat at the dock safely and the inter coastal was very close by. My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable so bad that I slept in another room. And we bought pillows as there was only 2 on the king and queen and one on the fulls. Otherwise I highly recommend this property!

Great Location - Beautiful Property!

We loved the house, the tropical landscape, and the location was perfect, nice and quiet!! The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus. We loved the pool, it’s about 6 feet deep in the middle. We did enjoy sitting out on the boat deck watching the sunrise and the beautiful sunsets, with the parade of boats passing by. One morning while having espresso on the dock we were greeted by two dolphins, and on another morning we were greeted by two manatees!! I also caught two fish fishing off the dock. My son saw a zebra fish swimming by one of the dock post, that was awesome to see. I definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a place to rent. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! Alma

Almost perfect

When we arrived at this property, we were expecting to be able to have a contactless check in, however the property was still being cleaned and we had to wait for the property management and cleaner to finish - It did not take them long, however after driving and being in a car for 24 hours, the last thing we wanted was to wait as we were exhausted. Upon check in, the house was very clean and everything looked just like the pictures. My biggest issue with this property was that the jets in the tub in the master bathroom did not turn on. This is one of my absolute requirements when booking a house as I specifically look for that or filter for a property that has a jacuzzi. Had I known the jets did not work, I probably would have booked elsewhere. With that said, we did have a great time and even got dolphin shows from the back dock area. It was truly a great experience other than these two issues. I would consider booking at this location again in the future if I knew the tub issue was fixed. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised that we did not have to go out to buy toiletries the entire stay, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the guests in front of you checked out too late and, also because of the increased effort involved in C-19, it takes time for a house to be completely cleaned. After all, you expect a clean house, but we can of course understand your anger. We work very hard to please our guests and it is very unfortunate that you have been affected by this inconvenience. To the mentioned issues - I took a close look at the ad and it says nothing about a jacuzzi. Therefore, we cannot understand your disappointment. Great Value - Beautiful Property!

We loved this property from the minute we got there. We are normally "beach" people but truly enjoyed having the pool and the beautiful surroundings of the canals, the constant boat traffic and watching dolphins go by. We did day trips to Sanibel Island and Naples to spend some time on the beach so we had the best of both worlds. The Master Suite is very large and is very accommodating with the two bathrooms Ione with direct access to the pool) and a huge closet and bathroom. The guest bedrooms are a little on the small side but very nice. The kitchen too is massive and has most everything you will need for cooking. It has a beautiful dining room table, however, we were lucky enough to eat all of the meals we ate at home at the outdoor dining table. A perfect way to start each morning. We had a truly relaxing vacation and on one of the days never left the house - spent the entire day by the pool. I highly recommend this property. The property managers were very communicative, and I would not hesitate to rent one of their properties in the future. We contacted Captain Paul at No Pier Pressure Charters, and he picked us up in a pontoon and gave us a tour of the canals and the waters around Cape Coral. Highly recommend that as well if you don't have access to your own watercraft. There is no such thing as a perfect vacation, but this came very close. Thank you to these home owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Great location

It was our 4th time in Cape Coral and this is the best location we have been at. Rose Garden is nice and quiet and the canal is fantastic. The deck with the pool is nicely furnished so spending time there watching the boats, the manatees and the dolphins pass bay was a treat. The house could use some updating (especially the bathrooms which seem stuck in a different era) even though comfortable. The BMI team is super nice and responsive so that was a great comfort too. The only thing that was a (small) problem and which should be better written in the description is the fact that it has actually 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and bath) and a half bathroom (toilets and sink only) by the side of the master with access to the pool. Not 3 bathrooms with 3 showers as we expected from the description. The house was clean the garage super practical (we have had houses with no access to the garage for our car), and again the view on the canal from almost everywhere really fantastic.

Great place!

Very nice house in a nice area. The pool was a big hit and the canal was a great place to see manatees and even a few dolphins. Will definitely rent the place again.
