As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Things to Know
Please Be Advised: The property will have construction occurring between September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. Throughout that time frame, some condo balconies may be affected.
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home has a dedicated space on the first floor of the parking garage. Upon arrival, guests must pay a $115 resort fee, which provides access to the parking garage and the resort's amenities. This fee is mandated by the HOA
WiFi speed may be limited during periods of high occupancy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
