Our Beach House has over 2100 square feet for family and friends to spread out. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 comfortably. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk and 2 twins beds. The Kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and there is a second fridge in the garage. Tons of space outdoors too with outside shower, heated in-ground saltwater pool and a 7 person hot tub. 72 inch Roku TV with Internet/WiFi. Central Air-conditioning, beach toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart. Close to all major attractions and restaurants. The first floor has the living/dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms; one with a twin over full and twin and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The second floor also has a full bathroom. The house is ideally located within a short walk to the Ship Bottom bay beach and a few minutes walk to the ocean. Also easy on/off island access to major shopping without having to deal with seasonal traffic.

There is a deck off the back of the house with a patio area, gas grill, pool and seven person hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. There are multiple parks, basketball courts, etc. within walking distance. 5 beach passes included.
