This property features a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device and protects you 24 hours a day. No interior cameras at this property.” Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection. Photos of the device location are available in the description photos.

Other things to note
There is a one-time resort fee of $103.66 per reservation. A link will be sent from Laketown Wharf/Grand Manors to the primary guest to provide guests information so that all wristbands are activated and ready the day you arrive. Our condo has a max capacity of 8 guest. The registration also includes 2 parking passes that you can print before you arrive or can be printed at the concierge desk in the lobby. The wristbands will be in the condo.

Please Note: If a wristband is lost, you will need to go to the lobby for a replacement. The replacement cost is $35.00. If the wristband breaks or does not work there is no charge for a replacement.

Parking notes: Guest parking is designated to the northwest parking deck. Two (2) parking spaces are allowed per unit in the garage, and parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in your windshield visibly. Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
