The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Mouvaux for rent; it has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a 70 m² open-plan living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 80 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor (open-plan layout):
– A dining room with a dining area, armchairs and a TV.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed and armchairs, opening directly onto the garden.
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), chests of drawers and a wardrobe.
– A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a wardrobe.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, high chair, travel cot, changing table, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
– An enclosed, private garden of 80 m², with a view of the bell tower of Saint-Germain Church, facing south-west.
– A 14 m² south-west-facing terrace, with a table for 6 people and 4 chairs.
– A second 10 m² north-east-facing terrace with a table for 2 people and 2 chairs.

The house is ideally situated in Mouvaux, in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a lovely wooded park with a children’s playground. The town centre, with all its local shops, is a 5-minute walk away.

Things to do:
– Hautmont Park, Septention Park, and a greenway to explore on foot or by bike.
– The town of Roubaix, home to the Musée de la Piscine, the Maison Cavrois, and more.
– A visit to Lille and Vieux-Lille by tram (30 mins) or by car (15 mins).
– The Parc de la Ferme aux Oies is less than 10 mins away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Public transport (tram): from Lille, head towards Tourcoing – get off at the Trois Suisses or Triez stop.
– Nearest railway stations: Lille Flandres and Lille Europe (8.7 km).
– Lille-Lesquin Airport is 18 km away.
