Penthouse The Cays! Resort Style Living in Ocotillo!

This is a gorgeous Penthouse with every amenity you can think of. 3 bedrooms with 3 Full baths, so everyone will live in full comfort. Enter into great room living with your eyes drawn to the pool, water, and mountain views. A large gourmet kitchen is on the left with quartz counters, upgraded appliances, and breakfast bar. Dining for six is open to the elegantly comfortable living room. Split floor plan with the master suite is on one side of the penthouse, with views galore. The grand kig bed, and a master walk-in closet and double sinks with an oversized walk-in shower and tub. The other side of the Penthouse has an additional bedroom and bath with a queen bed. Take one flight of stairs to the lofted third bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

This secure resort complex is located in the highly desirable Ocotillo. Just 1/2 mile to the Ocotillo Golf Club, now owned by Phil Michelson, perfect for the golf enthusiast.
The Cays comes complete with a state of the art workout facility, complete with a yoga studio and elegant steam showers baths. The clubhouse is a place to meet friends, have a party, sit by the fireplace, play some shuffleboard or use the business center. The Resort pool is massive and features a BBQ kitchen, outdoor gas BBQ, cabanas, and fire pits. The pool and spa are always heated.

Just outside the door, walk to local restaurants, Chop, The Living Room, Salt and Smoke, Rock Lobster, and Cherish. Grab a coffee. You never have to leave. But if you would like, the Chandler Mall is 5 minutes away, Costco, Target are also just a 5-minute drive. The highways 10, 101, 202 all super convenient, so the entire Phoenix valley is at your fingertips. Phoenix Sky Harbor and Mesa Gateway are each 20 minutes away respectively. This feels like resort living with all the comforts of a home. What are you waiting for, this will rent soon. Much less expensive with many more amenities than any of the local hotels.

Winter getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, spacious condo. The pool and community spaces were beautiful and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, with great restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

The Cays

This was our first time staying at the Cays, and we really enjoyed it! Stephanie met us, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very nice. The pool area was great! Really liked that there were restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again! Suzanne

I loved my stay I felt like I was at an expensive resort

I loved my stay the rental unit was so so nice so much space and such a beautiful view. Every Sunday was the cutest farmers market I could see from my balcony it was so peaceful and nice the cays are so nicely maintained and have such lovely amenities. The unit itself has so much space so much closer space and such a large beautiful bathroom and large master bedroom. The kitchen is so large and lovely and the washer and dryer worked so efficiently. Had such a lovely time would definitely love to stay again . Everyone at elite rentals are so awesome thank you

Cays 2022

This is our second time working with Elite Vacation Properties and we have been very pleased with the service provided each time. On both occasions our original rental was not available but EVP provided a great rental unit for us without any additional cost or inconvenience to our stay plans. Will be returning for 2023 and hope for a good experience once again. Really appreciate the help from Brendan Hesser and Stephanie Gould in seeing that everything was in order for us.
