We understand that the condition of the kitchen was not up to standard due to its cramped layout and excessive furniture, which can certainly hinder functionality. Additionally, we regret that you experienced problems with several appliances including an older refrigerator and stove, as well as a malfunctioning microwave. Your comments about cleanliness are particularly concerning; we strive to maintain high standards in all areas, including carpets and windows. The presence of wires running throughout the unit and ongoing construction should have been communicated more clearly prior to your arrival; we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and facilities. We are currently reviewing these issues with our maintenance team to ensure that necessary upgrades are made promptly.
