The exquisitely decorated and thoughtfully equipped house with 12 ft ceiling offers four bedrooms (Master & 2nd Bedrooms have King-Size beds, 3rd & 4th Bedrooms have Queen-Size Beds) and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Very big spacious bedrooms, as well as large closets!

Spend your leisure time in its spacious Family room, open gourmet kitchen which features Wolf Gas Range and Oven, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertop and custom-built cabinets. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, bakeware, pots/pans, wide fridge and a separate freezer.

All bedrooms have TV's. The master bathroom has separate vanities and custom shower. The three bedrooms upstairs have their own separate vanities.

Outside patio has Summer Kitchen with Gas Grill.

Caribe is a private gated community of only about 100 homes, 2 private pools, 2 private beach accesses, a fishing lake, and a tennis/pickle ball court. Only a minute walk to the beach from our house.

We provide one Beach Setup that includes 2 lounge chairs, umbrella and a table on our private beach. If you desire additional setups you can contact our beach services manager for additional cost. We also provide backpack folded chairs that you can bring to the beach.

You must be at least age 27 to book. We do not accept vacationing students or chaperoned groups. Max number of guests is 8 including infants. Guest limit is set by HOA and will be enforced. Other booking restrictions may apply*. Please call for details.

Driveway parking holds up to 3 cars
All spaces in the house including full laundry room are accessible except owner office and storage. Please note that our house is strictly an animal-free zone due to allergies of our family members. Community heated pool is right across the house.
House has video surveillance at front of home.
**This property only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.
*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
