With room for up to 16 guests, our six-bedroom, four-bathroom home boasts an unparalleled level of sophistication and luxury.

Four spacious bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds, one bedroom features two twin beds, and one bedroom serves as a bunkroom with four queen-size beds. Each bedroom feels like a private getaway, styled with designer furnishings, high-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, and ergonomic mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary ensuite bathroom is your own private spa, with a wetroom featuring a rainfall shower head and a soaking tub to relax in after a long day on the beach.

The heart of the home is the gourmet chef-style kitchen, where professional-grade appliances, including a movie theater-style popcorn maker, and luxury finishes come together to create a culinary experience like no other. The kitchen is fully equipped for sharing home-cooked meals or inviting a private chef.

The custom dining table seats 10, and an oversized peninsula with countertop seating seats an additional 6, making it the perfect space for hosting intimate dinners or large family gatherings while taking in beautiful ocean views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Enjoy the cathedral ceilings of the great room. The open, light-filled living area has a 75 inch UHD flat-screen Smart TV loaded with your favorite streaming apps and comes stocked with a variety of board games, making it the perfect space for lounging or a cozy movie night.

The laundry room is equipped with double washers and double dryers for your convenience.

Step outside and take in the breathtaking views of the emerald coast from the expansive 1,000 square feet of balcony space, including a third-floor wrap-around balcony.

The house is just 200 steps away from a private beach, providing you with direct access to the white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
