Wake up to the Atlantic through floor-to-ceiling glass windows in our newly renovated, oceanview studio. Located directly on the beach, you are quite literally steps from your next swim: 10 steps to the pool and 20 steps to the sand.

Our space features a King bed and a queen pull-out sofa with a premium pillow-top mattress, comfortably sleeping families or groups. The kitchenette is fully stocked with modern essentials like an air fryer, crockpot, and convection oven, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table or on our outside courtyard picnic tables.

Guest Access & Amenities: Renovated Courtyard: A massive outside balcony overlooking the pool and beach—the perfect "front-row seat" for summer fireworks over the ocean.

Beautiful room in a stunning location. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean as you listen to the waves and see the amazing sunsets off the terrace. Host was super friendly and very attentive to every detail. The room has everything you need, just bring your clothes and toiletries and boom you are on vacation! They even have beach toys in the closet. The lobby is beautiful too and the staff keep it immaculate, shining windows and floors everyday. Super impressed.

Nice location. Partial view of the ocean. Can walk out of the room and right to the pool and ocean. Has tiki bar but it's only open Thurs-Sun for a couple hours in the evening. May want to bring own shampoo/conditioner. Also only had 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days. Very roomy though with a couch. We'd stay again.

The place was clean and comfortable. Location was breathtaking and affordable. Close to downtown and the beach. Would recommend others to stay here. The owner is friendly and assessable to communicate with. And responds back in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend renting from this owner.

The place was exactly as described. Our host Ashley was available throughout our stay. We did have one issue with the lock which Ashley resolved and even allowed us to have her additional adjoining unit for free as a token for the inconvenience. The kids enjoyed the extra room for those night's. Will book again.

A Perfect Family vacation stay

Awesome owners. Response time was very quick whenever I had questions. Very clean and convenient.. Basic essentials was already supplied incase you forget something.. Beach was literally steps away, great view for our pictures. Definitely will stay every trip I take to Daytona.. I travel alot, this has made my top 3 stays when it comes to cleanliness, access, and convenience. Thank You.

So horrible we didn’t even stay on property

First of all, the parking lot smelled like marijuana had just been smoked close by. We walk in the building right through the door, where there was a lock- but not locked. No security there whatsoever. Upon walking inside, it smelled like a smoke stack. We get to our “room” and a new lock had just been placed on the door, along with the old one. You had to turn the knob up instead of down. Had no clue about that. We should have been told. We walk in and see that the room was supposedly just cleaned. It looked like someone had just stayed in it-trash in the garbage can, the floors were nasty, the mirrored closet door was supposed to have been hung, but was leaning up against a wall instead which is a big safety hazard. I was told they were coming back the next day while we were staying in it already, to hang the door and hang a bigger TV. The room was obviously not even ready to rent out. We didn’t realize it had an adjoining room with someone else, in which we heard the man loud and clear cussing, and apparently lives there. We knew knew we wouldn’t be able to stay somewhere like that with our kids. We let Ashley the owner know, and she was only wanting to meet us halfway with the money back situation. We had to go find somewhere else to stay, and even came home a day early bc she wasn’t willing to refund us. Do NOT rent this, I wouldn’t have left this review had she been willing to fully refund us. Lesson learned.

If you are looking to stay at the Ritz it’s not going to be 150 a night beach view directly in the ocean. I offered to give half off at 75 a night and even the Vrbo customer service rep said I was being more than accommodating which is why 0 was refunded from Vrbo or me.The building and property is non smoking and every door says no smoking. The parking garage and common areas have security cameras and a security guard walks around 24/7. Sorry you didn’t see them in the supposed hour your spent there.Instructions how to get in are sent by Vrbo an hour before checking in which include to push up on door handle vs down, sorry that was an inconvenience to turn knob the other way. The new lock is for security so each guest can select their own code. We stay here with our foster children, family, and friends all of the times with no concerns. I have rented to 2 families after your stay, both left 5 star reviews. You can go to Airbnb (another popular site) to see the reviews.Most hotels have rooms side by side, sorry you had neighbors. One is an elderly lady that owns her unit. The other side is a gentleman I rent to that is 55 and works full time in his own interior design business. They are both early to bed and rise.Yes we were going to do some upgrades the next day if you were willing / wanting a bigger tv… sorry for the inconvenience of attempting to upgrade the room to a better version of what you rented. Which it has been updated now with new blinds, curtains, new bigger smart tv, new mirrored closet door, new paint, new towels and washcloths…I offered to return SAME day and clean it again. I personally clean myself. I Lysol everything. I personally scrub the floors myself. I wash all the linen on sanitize mode including the pillows and comforters between guest. We have nice candles, wick air freshener, and air freshener which makes the unit smell great. You can also open the second door to get fresh air in the unit.I wish I could upload pictures to show all the other five star reviews and our conversation.When you checked in your concerns were:1. there was smoke smell in the parking lot ( like I can control that)2. Your boys were large (the size of room and bed are in the add and I bright an extra bed for you at no cost too)3. You were “expecting a little more”You wanted a full refund the day of during Spring Break & Cheer Competition The very next guest that checkin the day of your checkout gave a 5 star

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très attentionnés. Communications avec nous quelques jours avant notre arrivée ainsi que le jour de notre arrivée sont pendant le séjour pour savoir s'il nous manquait quoi que ce soit. Le condo était d'une propreté exemplaire. Endroit très tranquille! Perfect condo for the beach

This condo is wonderful if you love the beach!!! The proximity from the room to the pool/beach can't be beat! Ashley and her husband John were amazing host and went above and beyond what other host do. They are extremely friendly and only want you to have the best vacation ever and we did. We 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean and reasonable price condo. Ashley herself will tell you it's not the Ritz, but what it does offer is perfect for beach lovers like us 😊❤️😊❤️
