Our Pink Flamingo is a perfect place for relaxing after a day out and about!

Truly a prime Dunedin location. This adorable home has all of the amenities you need on vacation from hot tub to washer and dryer and an incredible location.

Our Downtown Dunedin vacation rental accommodates 4 guests total with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and they share a hallway bathroom. You will feel like being at home but certainly on vacation.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with all the necessities for your vacation.

The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and lots of natural light. There is a table that seats 2 guests.

Kitchen offers stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space (no dishwasher).

Settle in for a trip to the Heart of Downtown Dunedin with this comfy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.

You could not find a better location in the heart of Downtown Dunedin.

There’s always more fun with a Saturday farmers market, festivals, mardi gras, highland games, craft shows, art exhibits, and weekly movies in the park!

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time in Dunedin, the Pink Flamingo was located in the middle of everything Dunedin is famous for. We took walks with the dog in the neighborhood, walked around the corner for dinner and drinks, the new shopping area was a very short ride away at the pier. A few blocks away was the great downtown shopping area. Owner was responsive to any questions we had, we both talked about coming back with our respective families in the future.

Great location and house. Was great to never worry about parking especially in the amazing downside. Only down side was the rule of not more than 4 people on property. We were in town visiting our in laws and it would have been nice to be able to chat with them in the back yard area even since we always met downtown area for dinner anyways. We would definitely stay again. Our kids love the “pink flamingo”

The washing machine does not work properly. It is very frustrating to use, sometimes it drains and other times it doesn't and you are left with a load of clothes in soapy water. They said to run it through different cycles to get it to drain which eventually will work but this is not a fix for the problem. The front screen door doesn't close properly, you have to manipulate it to get it to close.

Great for our small family

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon with our medium sized dog. Location was great for walking around Dunedin. It seemed that the fence had some damage from the recent hurricane, but it was still safe for our dog to roam freely in the backyard. Hot tub was great too.

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

absolutely perfect. ok, the beds weren't as comfortable as i prefer, but the house was perfect. with 3 coffee shops within walking distance and even the marina where we took the best boat tour around the area. everything including the hot tub was perfectly accommodating. And it was pet friendly, so i was able to bring my furry member of the family.

We had a fabulous stay at the Pink Flamingo. It is well decorated, perfectly located just a short walk from Main Street (close to organic shops, plenty of restaurants and bars and within easy walking distance of the marina). The house is well decorated, just as described and well furnished with essential toiletries and laundry. The house was spotless (I am neurotic about cleanliness and appreciated the impeccable job the housekeeping staff did). The hot tub was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the ambiance of the deck lighting in the evening. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for our family. We enjoyed the quiet location, family time as we played board games and munched on snacks from the Saturday market, great conversation in the hot tub and delicious means and ice cream on Main Street. Our weekend at the Pink Flamingo gelt like a true escape from the chaos of every day life. We look forward to coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very nice accommodations but had to purchase bath mats & regular coffee maker. Not much storage space & no fan in shower.

Perfect area

Pink Flamingo House was perfect for myself and my 14 yr old daughter. We had plenty of space and the decor was adorable. Private back yard area was very nice. My only issue was the hot tub had way too much chlorine. The pool guy showed up one day and told us not to get in for a while because he just put acid in it! Overall perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home away from home in downtown Dunedin. Perfectly situated to enjoy all Dunedin has to offer. Walkable to all locals, TD Ballpark, restaurants, shopping, waterfront. Quiet little neighborhood a block from Pinellas Trail. Accommodations clean, bright, comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
