Beautiful, spacious apartment with a nice view to the Caribbean Sea. It is fully furnished and equipped to provide our guest with a relaxing and comfortable experience while visiting Cartagena. Conveniently located within minutes from Cartagena's International Airport and a few blocks from Cartgena's Walled City . It is located in the Cabrero Marina Club Building. The building offers 24/7 security, private parking, and a social area with a pool, gym, sauna room and other amenities.
This is a private two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It is perfect for a family or group of 4 people. It is fully furnished, there is a smart TV on each bedroom and the living room area for your entertainment. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is very comfortable for those who enjoy cooking. It is well equipped with a gas stove and oven, a fridge, microwave,coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, pots and cutlery. The living room area is cozy and perfect for a movie night. The dining area has a dining table for 4 perfect for those morning breakfast with your family and friends.
Things you must know.
Visitors/family are welcome as long as you provide their information with your reservation, admin regulations not ours.
Guest in the reservation must submit their full name and passport/ID in advance to fulfill the pre-registration requirement by the building administration.
There is a one time registration fee of $10K pesos per person that must be paid at the reception desk when you arrive.(no cash, debit/credit card only)
If traveling by car, you must submit the following information (car make and model, tag #)
The property is a family centric property that does not allow any type of illegal activity including the consumption of drugs and engaging in soliciting prostitution. This type of behavior will not be tolerated and is cause for immediate cancellation of your reservation.
If you engage in any illegal activities, there will be zero tolerance and you will be kindly asked to leave by the property manager and building staff. The building populations consist of 60% residents and 40% tourist. The building has its own rules and regulations that must be abide by everyone.
Things you must be aware of, if traveling with minors.
Guests to be of legal age 21 to Register (18 Years old in Colombia and Colombians also have to have a Cedula). If Parents are traveling with minors (under 18 years old) to be accompanied by the parents, if not to have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/ stay with the Adult registering. All Minors must also be accompanied by an Adult while inside the apartment unit. There are rules like most other Condominium Complexes. If you have a specific question please inquire.

A little bit about myself. I was born in Honduras but have been living in the Miami area since I was 18. Here in Miami I met my husband Frank (Cuban). We have been happily married for 37 years. We are proud parents of two young adults (Frank and Estefania). Here in Miami, we work together in our family business that was established 28 years ago,(Exus Corp. since 1997) and now we decided to venture in the travel and tourist industry as a side Hussle (Area Code 57 SAS) with Cartagena as our main destination.
The idea came to us when we purchase our first property. My husband traveled a lot for business and was presented with the opportunity to purchase this property where he had stay previously many times as a guest. Then the question came. how are we to maintained it in great shape if we live far away? We decided to give it a try and listed our property on this rental platform. This was our way of sharing with others our vacation home experience. Our guest get to experience a vacation to remember. We also offer our guest the opportunity to book experiences and transportation to and from the airport. These services give our guest a sense of peace and security, knowing that they have someone looking up for their well being.
