We all need an Altitude Adjustment every once in a while. Enjoy our wonderful mountain getaway on Beech Mountain - 1/2 mile from Beech Mountain Ski Resort! 4.5 miles from the Land Of Oz. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Enjoy the on-site amenities. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the mountain via this clean and sunny condo with scenic views. Head out and wander through the nearby trails, local antique shops and eateries.


**Weather is beyond our control. This is a mountain condo and will have the chance of experiencing blizzards, snow storms, ice and wild animals. Please be mindful when booking that frozen pipes, no power, etc. are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds** Please ask any questions prior to booking as this is easier to sort out then after VRBO charges your card.

- - No pets allowed
- - No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors on the deck). A additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed if evidence of smoking or pets are found.
- - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- - NOTE: 4-wheel drive or snow chains are necessary during winter months.
- - NOTE: Stairs are involved in property.

-- Please help by taking out the trash to dumpster, put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it, turn the thermostats down to 55, and lock up when leaving.
