Nice set up for our group of 7. Place is nicer than pictures in listing. Great view of the mountain but it is about a 10 minute drive to Beech. Not a huge deal if you get to parking lot early to ski.

Great get away!

The property was in a great location with great views. If you want brand new or up to date, this is not your cabin. If you want, cozy and comfortable this is it!

The house was beautiful and in a great location for skiing. The listing said it was only about 11miles from Boone and that’s why we rented. Unfortunately we didn’t know it was almost an hour away until after we rented. But if you are looking for a Beech Mountain skiing trip this is a perfect place! Also there was no hot water upstairs and the water pressure wasn’t good. Couldn’t take a shower upstairs. We had to leave early due to a family illness. Great for a ski vacation. Location was beautiful.

Great Location with plenty of room

Great location, 2 parking spots at the top (off the street). It snowed on the day of our arrival so we werent able to park in the driveway- which was fine for us only having 2 cars. We were 2 families staying together to for a ski trip, we had plenty of room, comfortable stay. We were not able to get wifi to work- which helped encourage the kids to play outside! We would come back to stay again.

Enjoyed having a fire, watching the deer, bright and sunny through the large glass window wall, comfortable beds and clean. Easy to access cabin, a short drive to Beech Mountain Ski Resort (under 10 minutes). Clean, cozy and great location. Easy key pick up, helpful and courteous staff. Would suggest WiFi but we didn’t miss it!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house suited our needs and expectations. It was clean and we loved the full view of Beech Mountain Resort through the large windows on the rear of the house. It served as a great home base for all of our winter adventures over our three day weekend. We had a few flubs during our reservation experience that I attributed to the property management company being new to VRBO. When we confirmed our reservation through VRBO, our payment was supposed to be split but unfortunately we were charged the full rental amount. I wasn't super pleased that it took a few phone calls and several days for the second payment amount to be refunded to our account, but I will say the staff at the property management agency were friendly and helpful.
