Renovated and opened in 2019, the Riad Anyssa offers all modern comforts in combination with the charm of the Orient from 1001 Nights! Both traditional and modern, Moroccan furnishings invite you to a relaxing and unforgettable stay with us.
Riad Anyssa is located about 15 minutes' walk from Jemaa El Fna Square, in the Kasbah district, which has retained its authenticity, lively during the day and quiet at night. You can reach our Riad by car up to 150 m. The way to us leads through bright, wide streets. We are in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Palace. This guarantees absolute security and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the palace and the Atlas Mountains from our terrace.
You will find our highlight on the roof terrace: a heated swimming pool with a counter-current system! In addition, of course, comfortable sun loungers (towels are provided free of charge) and nice seating, which invite you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Moroccan residence tax of €2.50 per person per night is not included and must be paid in cash on site. Free Wi-Fi can be found in all areas. Smoking is allowed in the common areas but not in the rooms.
Thanks to our electric roof over the inner courtyard, it can be kept at a pleasant temperature at all times. There is air conditioning/heating in both the restaurant area and the cozy saloon, while there is also a TV in the saloon. In the cool season, you can dine in the cozy warmth of our fireplace in the restaurant area.

We would also be happy to organize a celebration for you and your guests, and you can book the entire Riad.
We offer you a 24-hour reception and a comfortable check-in from 2 p.m. and checkout until 12 p.m. When you arrive, we offer you Moroccan mint tea as a welcome drink as your introduction to the world of the Orient. Room service is also a matter of course.
For your comfortable and safe arrival, we offer you an airport transfer. If you are arriving by car/mobile home, you will find a guarded parking lot approx. 500 m from our Riad.
