This luxury 15th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; a king in the primary ensuite, two queens in the second bedroom, and 1 King bed in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties in the unit at any time. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed. The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING doorbell camera.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please call to reserve in advance. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Beautiful Navarre Condo

We loved staying in this unit. It was our second year in a row and we loved everything about it. Super clean, great updated furniture and amazing views. Communication with property managers was excellent and they really wanted to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend booking this condo!

The condo was beautiful with amazing views. Remarkably clean with everything you need. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella made the stay even better! Balcony was my favorite place! Pool was clean and large. Highly recommend and plan to stay again at this property. Does not have bathroom at pool so have to go up to condo. Management company sent parking and building details for west tower when we were in the east. So we had to take carts and luggage to the other tower with my 80 year old mother in law. Check in process needs to no more efficient- send the right details!!

Glorious!

Our family had a glorious vacation at Beach Colony Resort! Beds were comfortable and great shower pressure. Kithen was well stocked. Great air conditioner and refrigerator. We loved the large balcony with nice furniture. Nice privacy between rooms and bathrooms. The pool was magnificent with lots of pool furniture along with great outside showers. We liked luggage carts, fast elevators, and loading/unloading area. Nice covered parking with lots of space. Very quiet property. Good communication with resort personnel. Only wish there were bathrooms by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas at the beach

My family, 6 adults, spent the week of Christmas in 15A. We love Beach Colony and this unit did not disappoint. All furnishings and amenities were as listed and the unit was very clean. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of 8 (five adults and 3 kids). We ate meals in the condo most days. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom and bath are phenomenal! The other rooms are a little small. One of the balcony handle broke off the first time we went to use it. It was stuck open. I called the manager, she said the maintenance person was ill. WE were able to get the door closed. The manager came by to look but the door was never fixed during our stay.

Beach colony stay

Nice clean property. Good communication with manager. Second time staying at this complex and best stay was this one. I do wish there were some extras of anything left like spices or coffees. Understand this is a Florida thing but most all rentals we stay at would at least have salt and pepper.

Awesome waterfront condo with great views

I will definitely go back to this condo! Everything was as shown on the Vrbo site. It was in a great location. Every room had a great view. The unit was very clean. But be advices that you will have to bring extra and auto dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper if your stay is extended. I highly recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an awesome place to stay with glorious views of the gulf. It is very comfortable with all the amenities. The management was very accommodating to our needs as we were staying for a full month. More specifically, they replaced an old vacuum cleaner and a Wi-Fi router that was giving us problems. I have only two recommendations... Since the condo accommodates 8 people, provide enough silverware and dishes for 8 people. Second, if check-out is 10:00 a.m., don't lock your guests out of the condo prior 10:00 a.m. I was loading my car prior to 10:00 a.m. for departure; however, I couldn't get back into the condo because the entry code seemed to expire and no longer worked. Fortunately, my wife was still inside, and we could continue packing. We would highly recommend this location for a vacation stay.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy visiting Navarre and LOVE the beautiful beaches. Beach Colony is a great place to stay, great rooms & pool area. Our biggest problem (not that it was anyone persons fault) but there was only 1 working elevator the whole time we were there. The room was very clean and well furnished. We did have one hiccup with the internet but it was quickly fixed. As for a resort rental, our biggest complaint was that there was NOT a hot tub on the premises (my family really enjoys evenings in the hot tub). Other than that, I would highly recommend Beach Colony.
