I will say it this way. Mom taught me if you don’t have nothing nice to say, then don’t say anything at all. I will say this, the Google talk was a pain in the ass to use. And the gas grill wasn’t any better. But the house served its purpose.

I didn’t go in the pool and every guest did not feel safe because we were being watched from the window. Everyone left And no one wanted to go in the pool. The girls were all scared. I need a refund immediately we needed to barricade the door with our heavy cooler to the other residence that we were unaware would be occupied prior to booking. Very sketchy

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great!!! I was thinking that the pool would be cold considering the indoor pool and one of the prior comments, but that was not the case. The pool was perfect. We live in Florida so I was delighted to be able to go into the pool and not be exposed to a ton of sun beating down on us. This house is perfect for several couples or families looking to vacation. It also provides privacy for families traveling with teenagers. The house has a huge front yard and is great for playing ball outdoors or throwing a frisbee.

We were very excited to stay there. Pictures looked great online. However, we did have to call Host and ask to bring cleaners back. Very dirty inside the propery and outside grounds. Furniture outside should be thrown out and replaced. Grounds could have been stunning. But, it was very obvious to us all that the property Really needs to be cleaned and maintained. Grills outside were not usable due to them being filthy. Outdoor chairs broken. On a good note, pool was warm and nice. Really need to leave instructions for lights, pool waterfall, tvs, etc for renters. No pets, but lots hair everywhere. Old food left in fridge. I could be a really Awesome place if cleaned, maintained and kept up. 5 woman over 60yrs each, have to say disappointed. Some felt the 1200 a nite definitely wasn't justified. Host was very gracious and responded quickly. Good location. Unique home for sure but it was a unanimous thought, we would not return or recommend. It could be a gold mine, but now not in its current state.

Great concept if the home was CLEAN and indoor pool was heated.

Property is outdated and very dirty. We were very concerned about health risk from dust, mold and roof leak. There is also a separate living quarter that is off limits and locked. Several doors and rooms off limit. Cameras everywhere and felt like we were being watched. It was a very creepy place. We ended up checking out early because we did not feel SAFE. The pool was too cold to use. And despite sending several messages offering more money to obtain warmer water in the pool it was never warm enough to swim. I do not recommend this property.

We always thrive to give our guests the best stays, including all the recommendations I gave to your family throughout your stay and being on call 24/7 for your support. We have the greatest cleaning staff with top notch cleaning standards in place and are always available for our guests, available 24/7 to assist any guest concerns and would have gladly helped instantly if you had any concerns throughout your stay. Ring Doorbell and Cameras around the exterior area are for safety of our guests and guest safety is our top priority. We are committed and continue to provide safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

One word... excellent!

This is the best Vrbo property we have ever stayed at. Very accurate description and pictures. It's even better in person. The place is fully stacked, you really don't need to take anything. Excellent host, very accessible via phone, app. If I have to say something constructive, it's figuring out the lighting that takes a little while and few texts back and forth with the host. Entire house is smart speaker enabled, so once you figure out it's easy.

BEST WEEKEND AWAY!!

The house was phenomenal the pictures are accurate to the T! We hung out had some drinks ate family dinners and just enjoyed the sweet peace of the neighborhood. The nights were so nice and breezy on the porch outside the AMAZING pool scene We had an amazing time and are already planning a trip back to this house again!

We loved our stay!

Vanessa was a great communicator and we really enjoyed the house! The pool was fun and our kids in the group had a nice time relaxing with a much needed break from the sun. So close to lots of nice springs and natural attractions. Would recommended a stay here! ❤️

This place is very outdated. It rained and the ceiling leaked in the pool area. The coffee pot doesn't work and we ran out of propane and had to run out and buy more because we had food on the grill. Everyone still had a great time, it definitely is a great place for a get together.

Wonderful stay with a fantastic host

I can't say enough good things! This was a wonderful stay. The host does not rely on the novelty of the house. It is perfectly appointed - comfortable beds, high quality sheets and linens. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything exceeded my expectations. Vanessa was so kind and responsive everytime I had a question. You will not be disappointed! We will certainly stay here again!

Smart home with Google Enabled Speakers throughout that you can ask to play any song you’d like and voice controlled waterfalls! This smart home with top of the line technology was a staple of Homosassa well known Bed & Breakfast prior to me purchasing it.
I love the 2 acres of land with gazebo and fire pit seating for fun all around!
This is the perfect place for a vacation!
Feels like your staying at A hotel with hotel set up all rooms have their own keys and are set up with mini fridges safes and everything like a 5 star hotel.
