The accommodation will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided only at the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, tea, and dishwasher tablets. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access.

- A second adjoining bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). It is accessed by walking through the first bedroom; however, a door allows the two spaces to be clearly separated, ensuring greater privacy.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, mirror, and toilet, providing a comfortable space for daily use.

Enjoy the 90m² fenced-in outdoor area, shared with the tenant of the ground-floor studio.

There is no parking space available for this unit; however, it’s very easy to park for free on the street in front of the house.
