The property is always clean and the leather sofa in the Great room is the best of any rental. The furniture is in great shape as well as the kitchen plates and silverware.

David, thank you for your fantastic review! I really appreciate it. Being a repeat guest as you have been, is the best review we could ask for! I agree on the couch as well. I want to replace my couch at home with that same one we have at the beach. it's one of the most comfortable I have sat on. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us when you come to town and I hope we get to see you again in the future. Brian.

Kendra and her group were absolutely awesome! We had a minor challenge during their stay but it was able to be addressed immediately because they were great about communicating with us. We really appreciated how they handled the situation and they took care of our house as if it were their own. We would recommend Kendra to other hosts for certain and would welcome them back anytime. Brian.

Great Property and Location

The house was the best house we have rented at Rehoboth Beach. The furniture and mattresses were all in great condition. The house was close to the restaurants.

David, Thank you for your great review! These are very helpful to other travelers who are trying to decide where to stay. I know I read them to guide decisions. We wanted to set up the house in a way that it would feel like a place you wanted to be, not just a place to crash at the end of a day on the beach. Our family uses the house for our own vacations as well and we love it. Quiet at night but walking distance to everything. We hope to see you again some time and thanks again for booking your trip with us this time. Brian.

Excellent winter visit to Rehoboth. Host was communicative, and ensured the house was ready to go even with a recent winter storm. House was extremely clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Could have walked everywhere (if it hadn’t been -10 wind chill). House was great and host’s instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

William, Thank you taking the time to write a review for our property. It certainly was the coldest weekend of the year! Thank you so much for taking such great care of the house while you visited. We would certainly recommend you to any other hosts. You even went out of your way to reinstall the grill cover that the wind had blown off. Given the weather I know you couldn't have used it yourself. You did everything we could have asked for and would host your group again without hesitation. Thanks again, Brian.

I have rented many houses in Rehoboth Beach but this one was the best ever! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, even bikes and beach towels/toys. I really appreciated that linens were provided. The rooms had a great layout, and it was nice to be able to sit our entire large group in the open floor plan living room.

Great vacation in Rehoboth Beach

My family and I just spent a week at the beach. This property was a beautiful place to relax in and enjoy each other’s company. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for family gatherings and cooking together. The bedrooms and the set up easily accommodated three families. The host provided bikes and bedding which made our stay even better.

Very comfortable, immaculate, well supplied home with an incredibly kind and cooperative owner. Brian was absolutely terrific to work with. He was prompt, professional, agreable and available whenever needed. We brought our adult kids, grandkids and dogs so the fenced backyard and cul de sac location worked great for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable bedding with private bathrooms for our group were much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked, extra fridge and freezer were huge pluses. Everything was sparkling clean and it was a terrific long weekend in Rehoboth! So many things. were provided for which is not always the case with beach rentals. Would highly recommend, we hope to come back!
