KITCHEN is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, coffee pot & filters, Keurig K-cup maker and small assortment Keurig pods, toaster, basic spices, three (3) dish washing pods, paper towels, glass and plastic cups and plates available
OUTDOOR LIVING- large screened in patio overlooking the water, a waterfall and golf course, many geese, ducks, birds and other wildlife to watch, 4 outdoor chairs, and side tables. Kick back, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of sweet tea or wine in this peaceful setting.
ADDITIONAL- both bathrooms stocked with towels, hair dryer in each, complimentary toiletries, the master is a walk in shower, On-site parking with 2 spots designated for this condo, NO STAIRS true walk in top floor condo.
STARTER KIT- Includes three dish washing pods, two rolls of paper towels, three laundry detergent pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests that plan on staying longer than two or three days will need to plan on supplying their own once the starter kit runs out.
