Resort Improvement Notice
The resort is performing improvements from September 2024 - September 2026. Work may include stucco façade repairs, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the timing of your stay.

Resort Fee
Shores of Panama charges a $97.20 resort fee, paid separately through a link provided before check-in. Guests must register vehicles in order to receive the 2 parking passes for this unit.

• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals

We love the location our grandson enjoy all the activities around from zoo to pier park and so much good restaurants close by, we definitely gonna be back for longer stay next time.

Great place to stay

We had the best time at this property. It has everything you need to make your pcb vacation memorable! The condo was clean, and the host was excellent when it came to communication. We will definitely be booking with them again in the near future! 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Relaxing Week

I have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was happy, just as pictured and had everything we needed for an amazing spring break. The master bath had a heat issue called and someone was there in a couple of hours to fix.. decided to stay another day super easy to book. I will stay here again!

Family Trip

We took a quick family trip to the beach before school started back for the kids. The place was clean and convenient. There were many amenities at the complex and close to everything. The unit was clean and well maintained with a great view. Be prepared to wait on an elevator, but overall a great place to stay.

Nice and convenient

Check-in was pretty smooth. Finding a free spot to park in was never an issue. We never really had a bad experience waiting for the elevators. Condo was nice and spacious for the family and all our stuff. Convenient location to Walmart, and other attractions like the water park and state park.

The condo was very nice . The decor was nice and very modern. I would suggest not to advertise it as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are off the hall by the main door which was noisy for those sleeping there. Maybe a barn door could be added to give some privacy. View of pool and beach was amazing. Seating was adequate for the number of guests.

very nice condo. Elevators were the downfall of the trip. other than that it was due to the flash mobs around the condo on the beach and all around. I def felt the need to be packing. The condo itself was immaculate

Lovely Unit

This unit has recently been updated with beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bath and lovely decorations. The property manager was clear in the listing about what would be provided so you can plan ahead to bring extra necessities based on your group size and length of stay. Any negative comments would be the standard PCB slow elevator, lots of rules, rude employees that you will experience with all complexes on this beach.

Not my favorite place to stay

The actual condo met all our needs an expectations, however it was not an easy process. Elevator waits were anywhere from 20-45 minute wait. Getting in an out of parking deck is a nightmare. Getting a luggage cart was chaos

Nice 2 bed/3 bath

Property was very well decorated and spacious. The bunk beds are always a plus except I didn’t like them being in the hallway. Closets were cluttered so you couldn’t hang stuff or put stuff away due to every corner being full. Housekeeping was mediocre but that is not on the property owner. There were long black hairs in the. ed sheets and shower walls as well as dirty w-tips on the bath floor. We re washed our sheets and towels before use.

Nice condo in an overrun building

There is nothing wrong with this condo. It is nice inside and enjoyable. The pool is nice. The building and parking garage are another story. The facility is completely overrun during peak season. There are regularly 20+ minute waits for an elevator. The parking garage is very tight and inadequate for all the large SUVs and pickups parked there. These big frustrations really overshadow the nice condo unit. It was a frustrating week and not worth the price we paid.

Don't recommend

Elevator wait times are ridiculously long. Parking is horrible. It's too loud even at night. Not family oriented. You have to pay $90 extra just to park and use the pool. Staff was very unfriendly and unapproachable. Condo has trash in it, and sand on the floors on arrival. Condo itself was nice, but not cleaned well enough and the building is very poorly designed.

Hello Kimalyn! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your stay. Whether negative or positive we strive to grow from each and every review. I would like to start off by letting you know we have gotten with our cleaning staff responsible for this unit, While very rare to have received a complaint of her cleans, We have let her know your concerns and would have gladly came directly out should you have reported any issues during your stay regarding the unit itself. We have this stated in our check in letter which you received 3 days prior to your arrival . Also in the check in letter you will find that this resort charges a separate fee for pool passes and parking. This info is also found on every one of our Shores of Panama units' descriptions. Unfortunately all the other inconveniences you listed have to deal directly with the resort management themselves. I am going to forward this review to them in hopes they will continue to grow from it just as we do with our individually owned units. Kimalyn, We hope in the long run you did have an enjoyable vacation and we at Vacation Life Properties have such high hopes of better serving you again in the near future. 1) No Smoking
2) No Pets
3) Renter must be at least 21. If not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.
4) Parking passes when required are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Fee's may apply.
5) Guest will be required to sign a rental contract and return it within 48 hours of receiving it.
6) Resort has a rules no smoking on the balcony.
7) Fines will be imposed to owners and guests for guests yelling/screaming on balconies, throwing objects off balconies, or playing loud music on balconies any time of the day or night. We already have quiet hours established but now it will begin to be enforced 24 hours a day. It was suggested that owners give their guests a list of rules that will be fineable offenses. If a fine is imposed because of guests' bad behavior, owners would be notified within 24-48 hours that they are being fined. Owners then would be able to notify their guests that a fine was given and handle that situation with their guests. Fines will be $100 per violation/per day, up to $1000 maximum.
8) Owners and guests are prohibited from leaving trailer hitches and cargo carriers on their motor vehicles while being parked in the parking garage. Flipped up carriers are acceptable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting September 2024 - September 2026. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
