Upgraded home with indoor and outdoor living space for your beach time fun! We try and ensure all amenities to help your stay be full of family fun and memories! Great location and loads of extra’s!!! We have always strived to help a vacation be a vacation.

We are trying out having a fur family member be allowed to visit. You must select pet option during booking process. We love this area and we have a large family, so we needed a few locations to house us all! We try and make sure we provide a location for your family and friends to enjoy! Our home is stocked like a home not a rental with many amenities. Great location to pier and less than 5 min to being on the beach!

Special family time

Tee Time provided our family a wonderful place to celebrate the memory of our uncle at one of his favorite places. There are plenty of outdoor places to gather or spread out. The owners make it very welcoming and provide a very well equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll. When we were there, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. We will rent from them again.

Family Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Tee Time. Appreciated being able to bring our small dog with us on vacation. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 6pm (Summer). Quiet location with limited vehicle traffic. Quick walk to the beach and to the shops. House was perfect for family of 4. We enjoyed having multiple outdoor spaces, especially under the house, out of the sun with a swing. House was clean, kitchen had plenty of cutlery/dishes/cookware. Although we didn’t use - there were plenty of beach towels/beach toys/chairs/umbrellas provided. Food Lion was located within a few miles as well as CVS/Walgreens.

Sunset Beach Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip to Sunset with our teenage daughters and were lucky to find availability mid-week at Tee Time. The house was adorable, spotless, and very well appointed - they had EVERYTHING that one could possibly need. There are so many outdoor areas to hang out at the house: two screened porches, multiple open air porches, and a variety of seating options under the house (including a couch where I enjoyed an early evening nap:). The hosts called to welcome us as soon as they accepted our booking. They wanted to notify us that they had linens, beach towels and chairs that were available to use so we didn't have to pack all of those things. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful trip. Thanks CC & George, Buddy & Lynn. Can't wait for our next visit!

Close to "Everything"!

We go to Sunset Beach because there is not much there. It's peaceful. This property is a short walk to the beach, with a straight shot to the 4th Street beach access. It's far enough away from the Pier so your spot on the beach is not bunched up with everyone from the public parking lot. It's also probably the best equipped rental property we've stayed at. It has everything you need.

Family and Pet Friendly

The house was beautiful and has EVERYTHING that you’ll need for a family vacation. The host contacted me as soon as we were confirmed to let me know everything that they had to avoid us overpacking. They were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. I would highly advise any families with or without pets to book them asap. It’s a beautiful location and within walking distance to the beach.

Family Get Away

Wonderful long weekend with adult kids. Tee time has an open living/dining/kitchen area for the group, three patios (two screened) for smaller gatherings, and a large area below. Easy walk to beach and convenient to shopping. Updates and decor are nicely done and functional. Owners are responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to visiting again!

So cozy and comfortable. Feels like home!

My husband and I spent a week in the home with our dog, Ruby. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It has everything you need and then some. We really appreciated the care taken to be sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. The beach is a short walk down the street and boardwalk and is beautiful. We found that sunset was our favorite time to be there. Just amazing! CC and George were so responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns and went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed meeting you both. Thank you for sharing your home! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay Tee time. CC was very responsive, the house was beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect. We were disappointed to find there was not a coffee maker beyond a Keurig, but were otherwise very pleased with the house, the island, and the vacation. We look forward to coming back next year.

Amazing getaway week

Great outdoor space

The property was very well appointed and clean. Perfect for our pups. We are used to being oceanfront so I thought the walk was too far with dogs and stuff. That was my only disappointment. Great great property.

Wonderful getaway!

Such a wonderful week away for our family and fur baby. CC was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Just a short walk to the beach and enjoyed beautiful weather, sunrises, sunsets, bike rides, and long walks. Was very comfortable for our family of six and would definitely come back. We brought a lot of our own stuff but linens, towels, beach towels, toys, coloring books, beach chairs and cart were all already there and in great condition. Would bring less next time! Everyone was sad to leave! Definitely a visit again and thank you for such a great spring break week!

Beautiful beach home

Excellent house with very close access to the beach (right at the end of the street!). Screened porches were great to have! House was clean and just as advertised. Master bathroom shower was amazing!!! Communication with the owner was top notch - always very quick to reply if I had any questions. Would definitely rent again! We have loved the area and made this our home-away-from home! We are seeing how sharing our home for this special area along with their special furry friend works for us! We have another rental property and have had success sharing it.

Comfort, ease of layout, outdoor space and all around easy vibe for family and friends to relax and have fun making new memories. We are one of the few that let the furry family member join in on the fun.

Ease to beach (direct access street), lots of outdoor living spaces for family fun and we ensure we try and provide amenities that make the stay fun. There is also on 3rd street a ramp access for those with special needs. Beach allows dogs most of the time on leash, but during peak season it must be before 8am and after 6pm.
