Villa Casa Tranquilespiral Alcobaça - Nazare

Brand new villa with 4 fixed bedrooms and a fifth multifunctional room (to be used as a master bedroom or as an extra living space with an extra kitchen). There are 5 separate bathrooms with shower. The living room with open kitchen connects to a large terrace (with BBQ area) & swimming pool (15 x 3 meters). The villa is surrounded by nature & phenomenal mountain views. Garage full of swimming pool stuff and games! The villa is 8 minutes from Alcobaca, 12 minutes from Nazaré, 12 minutes from Sao Martinho do Porto.

The Villa:
The villa is located near the village of Cela Nova. A car is recommended at this location. There is ample parking on the domain, but also outside the domain. Parking several cars is certainly not a problem.

Swimming pool:
The swimming pool is available all year round. From April to mid-November we can guarantee that we will have the water heated between 25 degrees and 30 degrees. The cover also heats up due to the sun & ensures preservation at night (provided the cover is used correctly). Maintaining and heating the swimming pool is included in the rental price from April to mid-November. Outside that period it is possible to heat the swimming pool, but it must be heated at least 1 week in advance and we charge the following fee for this: 300 euros start-up costs + 25 euros per rented night. For a 1 week stay this amounts to a compensation of 475 euros and for 10 days 575 euros. This only applies from mid-November to March and must be requested in advance.
