We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the property. The weather was rainy for a few days but that didn’t keep us from the pool. The house has a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need, including storage containers for leftovers. We had groceries delivered from a nearby Publix and we were set for the week.

Amazing Stay

Our two weeks at this wonderful home was our best experience ever using VRBO. The owners made us feel like friends sharing their home. The house was immaculate and the outside kitchen and pool area was a tropical paradise. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to go including Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We plan on renting this same home when we go back next year. We can’t thank Jackie and Steve enough for such a incredible stay,

This was by far the nicest property that we have ever stayed at. It truly was a private oasis!Gorgeous property with absolutely everything you need for a wonderful vacation.Everything was exactly as described.The property was immaculate.The owners were amazing! Lovely stay

My husband and I stayed at Waterscape for a week and had a lovely time! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals and the grill area was clean and easy to operate. We spent most of our time by the pool, which was the best part of our trip! It’s an amazing space with tons of room to relax in the shade or catch some sun. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.The hosts were very communicative, checked on us during the stay, and ensured we had everything we needed. Checkout was easy. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral for a week!

Outstanding vacation

Jackie & Steve provided all the amenities of home, their house was exactly as described. The pool, hot tub and outside kitchen were a hit. A great time was had by all. Steve also provided us with an amazing pontoon ride to Sanibel.

Summer Vacation

This is the ultimate staycation house. Well appointed throughout and the backyard oasis with fire pit, outdoor TV, outdoor kitchen and dining. Waterscaped backyard inground pool with a fountain, sun deck, hot tub. A fun place. It has everything you need for 8 people. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The home was beautiful and fully stocked. I chose this home because it had great reviews, the quality of the home and having a HEATED pool. Kelly the owner was nice and met with us on the first day. She went over everything that was already in the book on the counter. I always use VRBO and have stayed all over the United States, but this is the first home that I stayed at that I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. On arrival the pool was cold and she apologize, because they forgot. You could not heat the pool and the spa at the same time, so neither stayed warm. She accused me of changing the pool temperature and I did not. It felt as if she was being cheap about the cost of heating the pool and spa. I paid for a heated pool and spa and did not get that. Do not rent this place in the winter and expect to be able to use their WATERSCAPE that they advertise.

We really enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. The house was fabulous. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home is well equipped and maintained. The owners were great to work with and checked in via text during our stay to see if we had questions or needed anything. We have rented properties in the area in the past, and this was by far the best experience we have had. We will be back.

Incredible Vacation

My family plus a few friends stayed at Waterscape and it was truly a real vacation. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need. We flew in so were a little worried as we couldn't bring the normal supplies we would normally bring if driving, but they had it all! We spent most of our time outside by the pool and on the lanai and we couldn't have been happier. And to top it off we were treated to a boat ride into the gulf by Steve which was incredible. This was a vacation we will never forget and we would love to return to Cape Coral again in the future :)

This house is your very own escape to paradise! Its even more beautiful in person. Jackie and Captain Steve are so kind and friendly and made check-in so easy. If we needed anything they were just a text or phonecall away. The home is clean and stocked with any and everything you need. Captain Steve took my family out on a beautiful boat trip thru the canals and out to the gulf by Sanibel Island and the lighthouse. We even saw dolphins racing and playing in the water. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area every day and ate family meals in the beautiful dining room. This is hands down the best trip we have booked in vrbo. This was our first time in Cape Coral and we fell in love with the laid back and relaxing environment of this community. My family loves to go antiquing and vintage shopping and we found so many amazing hidden gems ! We will definitely be returning to Cape Coral and Waterscape if available. Thank you Jackie and Steve for providing an amazing home and experience! We made lasting memories as a family that I will cherish forever!

Amazing House and Hosts

Steve and Jackie go above and beyond as hosts! The house was extremely well stock more than any other rental I’ve ever rented from. We went twice to the sister property to kayak, and had a great time exploring the canals! The house is paradise! The pool, hot tub and outdoor living area was amazing. Out side ice maker was an extra bonus! It’s Exactly as pictured plus some. The house was extremely clean, so comfortable and beautifully decorated! We also had the pleasure of Captain Steve taking us out on a beautiful boat excursion through the canals, intercostal and out to the golf. We then anchored at Sanibel Island to sea shell explore and enjoy the beautiful water! This Cape Coral house is perfect and the generosity shown by the host will not be forgotten. Our family made beautiful memories and would definitely go back! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cape Coral. Thank Steve and Jackie we very much appreciate you both!

Toller Familienurlaub

Das Haus von Stephen und Jackie ist wirklich toll. Der Pool war für unsere 2 jährige mit dem Flachwasserbereich ein Traum und sie war kaum raus zu bekommen. Die Außenküche hat zum Grillen und Verweilen eingeladen. Der ganze Außenbereich ist uneinsehbar und komplett grün.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war super, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hatte. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch jede Menge Gewürze waren vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft und dennoch zentral zum Essen oder Einkaufen. Der Kontakt, den wir mit Steven und Jackie hatten, war sehr freundlich und immer super schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Haus übernachten
