Superb apartment of 37m2 on the 2nd floor without elevator.

In a pleasant building, you will be conquered by this well-appointed accommodation. Access the apartment via a beautiful common room that gives access to a bedroom with double bed, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a dynamic neighborhood and is perfect for a couple.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.

The nearest metro station is "Abbesses" on line 12. It serves the city well including Pigalle and Concorde.
