Beautifully Updated Direct Ocean Front Condo -3 BR/3 BA Steps to Ocean and Pool!

This first floor direct oceanfront condo (actually second floor as it is located above ground floor parking and storage), includes 3 BR, 2.5 BA, King Bed in Primary Bedroom, and Queen Beds in the "Boho" and "Whale" bedrooms. Just steps to the breathtaking Crystal Coast multi-blue ocean with white sand, Ocean Breeze invites you to relax in its quiet location.

Attention to detail and decor were collaborated with our decorator, and they were our focal point--a peaceful, tranquil property for our guests and for us personally to enjoy.

There are spectacular views throughout the living, dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom areas. Elevator access makes unloading vehicles and carrying personal items to and from your condo a "breeze". Luggage cards are available at each elevator floor to assist with your items.

The fully equipped kitchen presents to you all new/updated appliances which include DW, built-in microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator along with coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, crab pot steamer, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

Ocean Breeze has 2 private covered balconies overlooking the ocean which are located off the living room and primary bedroom.

Enjoy the sun rise and unobstructed ocean views of the Crystal Coast from the private balconies. The patio includes table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee/breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.

The primary bedroom balcony includes a small table and bar high chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage and savor the sun rising and the magnificent sunsets in the evening.

A gazebo located steps outside our unit offers many enjoyable evenings to sit, savor the sea, and exchange conversation with family and friends!

Several golf clubs/courses and tennis facilities are minutes away.

Pet accommodations are minutes away as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing beach home! The photos don’t do it justice. It is thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything we needed for the kitchen to the beach to laundry and more. Steps away from the beach, we went from the pool to the beach to any number of local attractions. Nancy was an amazing host. We hope to be back next year.

Relax - Relax - Relax!!!

If you are having any concerns about this property - STOP! This place is super nice, clean, well maintained and so close to the water. The beach was not crowded at all! Waves were above average and the sand clean and white. Pools are close and good size. Bigger than pictures appear. Dual decks were so nice. Morning coffee, beach days and evening relaxation outside made up the biggest portion of the trip. Good local restaurants, putt putt golf, fishing expedition and shopping. LOVED this property. Hope to book again in the future. If your are looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is the place for you.

Is a beautiful condo in a very convenient location for shopping and restaurants and is just steps to the beach. As listed, linens are provided, but you have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. We rented this particular property because there was an elevator for my elderly mother to use because it is very difficult for her to climb stairs. Thankfully we were only on the first level up, because after our first full day there the elevator stopped working and they hadn’t had it repaired when we left. I don’t believe the elevator situation is the fault of the homeowner, it’s a HOA issue, but if you’re looking for handicap accessibility, you need to take that into consideration. The balconies are wonderful for sitting on and watching the waves and having your morning coffee. (Look for the little green lizard on the retaining wall, he’s so cute!)

Perfect
 for the 3 year!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here and it is perfect for our family! We have 2 elementary aged children. The beach is never crowded. The condo was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is close to things to do and restaurants. The aquarium is always fun. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Awesome Atlantic Beach Week

Our unit was very well maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to put bunk beds in one of the rooms to allow for older siblings not having to sleep together. We would rent this unit again but for the fact of the bed situation. Even a bunk on top with a full on bottom would work perfectly for brother/sister situation.

Awesome Beach Condo

I’ve stayed in a lot of beach front condos the last 15 years with my family and this property is our favorite stay. We like to make most of our meals and this kitchen had it all! The Crystal Coast area isn’t too busy and over developed like the Emerald Coast has gotten to be, in my opinion. Great seafood restaurants in the area and the beaches are beautiful. I’m a scuba diver, which drives my decisions on where to go and there’s great wrecks off the coast here. Awesome trip!

5 Stars Again!!

This was our 5th year vacationing in Atlantic Beach, the first time we elected to stay at the same place, and I’ve already messaged the owner about reserving next year!! The location is perfect. The condo was clean and beautiful. Updated. Kitchen has plenty of supplies and they were of good quality. We had no issues storing our groceries. Being on the 1st floor is nice, especially with young kids and all their things to take to the beach (and there is an elevator as well). The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The pool is nice. Quick response time from the owner, Nancy, who seems delightful! For such a larger complex, I am always surprised that the beach is NEVER crowded! I really cannot say enough— just the perfect vacation place for our family!! :-)

Great location with shortcomings

Great location, wonderful rental itself with 2 exceptions. There is NO cabinet space for any food that you bring. All the cabinets are full of kitchen utensils. Parking is terrible only 2 parking permits given for a 3 bedroom rental. Even visitors that stop by for lunch had to go to the office(3 buildings away to get a parking pass) parking for owners vs rental guests is out of line. We will not be staying here again
.too much hassle for parking when there was always 5-6 spaces available even in the Fourth of July.

Spectacular Ocean Views!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze! The unit is lovely, well decorated, and the views of the ocean can’t be beat. Close, easy beach and pool access were a huge plus! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. We were also pleasantly surprised to have starter TP and paper towels. Tons of extra pillows, blankets, and towels were another plus. Nancy’s communication was A+ from beginning to end! Highly recommend!!

We have always loved the mystique of the ocean and lived near the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans growing up. Our dream was to own an oceanfront home for our family to enjoy and make memories. Now we want to share our dream with our guests!

The Ocean Breeze photo is a creation designed by my Father that he personally made for me in his senior years. He knew how much we loved the beach, so he gathered sand, sand dollars, dove birds from inside the sand dollars, shells, and designed the artwork. It remains a very sentimental piece of art made with love from my Father! Now, we are living the "Ocean Breeze" dream and sharing!

A new white bench with cushion has been added for your comfort to sit down once you enter the breezeway.

We have added a new sofa, DR table w/ 6 chairs, inside bar stools, club swivel chair, other chairs in bedrooms, new mariner light fixtures and bathroom fixtures, new bedding/blankets for bedrooms; new artwork/decor to add a touch of our personality.

New paint color in "Boho" room, and paint touchup throughout. A creative wine rack was professionally installed next to breakfast bar granite counter.

Our property is located conveniently on the first floor (really the second if ground floor is counted), and we are very fortunate that the panoramic ocean views of the Crystal Coast are unobstructed to the east and west. There is an easy access set of steps on the right end of our unit/building, or an elevator to the left side of unit/building location with luggage racks/carts located at each elevator.

We offer a private beach equipment storage area with key, located directly under our unit in owners' parking garage, labeled #159, for your beach item needs to store while you are our guest. Provided are 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toy items, etc.

For those who like the "sound side" of the island, across the street from our unit is a boardwalk leading to a pier that some fishing can be done, and a place to clean your "catch".

There are grills for cooking and picnic tables located in front of our unit as well.

All the parking lots have been paved for the 5 buildings at Dunescape Villas.
