With its spacious living area, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and lovely balcony, it is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, or a business trip to the Côte d’Azur.

Situated right in the centre of Antibes, just a few minutes’ walk from Old Antibes, the beaches, Port Vauban, shops and restaurants, you’ll enjoy a prime location from which to explore everything on foot.

The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and offers generous living space and high-quality facilities.

It comprises:

- a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a comfortable lounge, a smart TV and a cosy dining area;
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery);
- a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space;
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm);
- a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet;
- a separate toilet.

The living room is air-conditioned, whilst both bedrooms have ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortable stay on sunny days.

You’ll also enjoy a lovely balcony, perfect for savouring a morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day.

The Soléo enjoys an ideal location in Antibes town centre.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find:

- Old Antibes and its charming narrow streets;
- the Provençal market and the Picasso Museum;
- the ramparts and their views of the Mediterranean;
- the beaches;
- Port Vauban;
- the many restaurants, cafés, boutiques and shops.

This central location will allow you to make the most of Antibes’ lively atmosphere and do everything on foot.
As with any accommodation in the heart of the town, it can get a bit lively at times, particularly during the summer season.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and has a lift, offering easy and comfortable access.

As is often the case in Antibes town centre, on-street parking in the surrounding streets can be limited, particularly during the high season.
For greater peace of mind, we recommend the Q-Park Port Vauban and Q-Park La Poste car parks, located about 5 to 8 minutes’ walk away.
