Just a 5 minute walk away is Lindbergh park, perfect for family picnics, a playground for kids, and a great spot to walk your dogs. The Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport is 2.4 miles away so you may occasionally hear planes while inside the house.

Enjoy contactless, keyless entry with a unique code provided before your arrival. Conveniently located next to I-805, the property is easily accessible by car. Guests can park in the driveway, with additional street parking available. Please be mindful of street signs and ensure you DO NOT block the pedestrian walkway to avoid potential citations from the city.

Bedrooms
This home features three cozy bedrooms, each with a 12" queen memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, there are two 6" and two 4" queen memory foam floor mattresses, which can be set up in the bedrooms or game room. You can also stack the floor mattresses for extra comfort, creating a 10" sleeping surface. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV, offering free access to Netflix and HBO Max. Nightstands in two of the bedrooms include convenient USB charging ports. A Pack-n-Play/playard is available for families traveling with little ones.

Workspace
One bedroom features a study table and chair, perfect for remote work or studying. There is also an additional folding desk available for co-working or shared study sessions.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious rain shower heads for a spa-like experience. We provide complimentary Eco Botanics White Tea and Honey body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, all of which are gluten-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. Each bathroom is also stocked with hair dryers and makeup towels for your convenience. **Please note: The master bathroom door is only 25 inches wide.**

The nearest bus stop is just 0.7 miles away at Balboa Ave & Charger Blvd, but driving is the most convenient way to reach the house. We're right by I-805 and close to both CA-163 and CA-52. Pacific Beach is only a 5.2-mile bike ride down Balboa Avenue.
