This beautiful, newly furnished and decorated townhome in the gated, Resort Style community of Paseo in awesome Fort Myers, FL.

A private screened in lanai, great for morning coffee or an evening taking in the fresh air, offers entry to this spacious townhome. The living room & dining area with a two story high ceiling provides lots of light and is equipped with comfortable seating and a flat screen, smart TV. The dining area offers seating for 4 and includes a breakfast bar with two bar stools next to the kitchen. The modern, upgraded kitchen if fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy home cooked meals if desired. There's also a half bathroom off the kitchen. Stairs leading to the second level open up to a loft with an office area and laundry room.

The first bedroom features two queen size beds, with a large flat screen smart TV, and plenty of closet and dresser space. There is a master suit style bathroom with shower and dual sinks. A king size bed and flat screen TV is in the second bedroom and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combo with sink. A 'pocket door' can enclose this second bedroom and bathroom hallway creating another private master suite. Wi-Fi is included, and there is a one car attached garage where you'll find a gas grill, which can be used to cook fresh shrimp during your stay.

There is a $100 application fee (which is not included in quoted rates or fees) to the homeowners association to be paid at the time of completing your on-online application and background check. This property is approximately 9 miles from RSW International Airport and 17 miles to Fort Myers Beach. Also, it's a short car ride to JetBlue Park (10 min) - the winter home of the Boston Red Sox, and 15 minutes from Century Link Park - the winter home of the Minnesota Twins. It's close to downtown Fort Myers where you'll find the Winter Estates of Thomas Edison & Henry Ford, and the thriving, up and coming nightlife of the River District.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes inside the home, lanai, or garage areas.
