Kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee maker, all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils to cook and serve a basic meal. Comforters, linens, and beach towels are provided.

All communication with your Beach View Representative will go through the channels you initiated the reservation from.

Surfside One complex is a gated community with pool, spa, and direct access to the beach.

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!

This is a located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. It is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with view from the living room and bedroom!
2nd floor: kitchen, dining room that seats 4, living room with a big screen television and balcony with fantastic views of the pool area and beach! Bathroom.
3rd floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom. 1st bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with private balcony of the same fantastic views of the pool area and beach!

Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.

This is a minimum 30 night and a maximum 90 night stay. Guest will be required to complete an application prior to confirmation of reservation.
Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils and such for you to use. Small Appliances: coffee maker, toaster, blender, misc. cooking equipment. Beach Amenities: Chairs and umbrella.
