Good and the not so good
The house has a nice layout with plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out. However, there are areas of the house that need attention. The kitchen while well stocked with pots, pans and small appliances it needs a deep clean and some organizing. The golf cart would have been a welcome asset if someone would have told us where the key was (we asked several times but got no resolution until Tim (?) came out our last full day to look at a broken door lock. He also got the hot tub going.
The deck over looking the yard was a great spot for meals and watching the kids play in the pool. However it is in need of some TLC too. The area around the hot tub was dirty and had “junk” stuffed in the corners near it, not a great look. There were discarded rusty paint cans left in various areas as well as more “junk” on the right as you entered the backyard from the driveway.
The key pad to enter and exit the house is on the garage which could certainly do with a deep clean especially from the double door to the entry into the house.
The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with nice linen and there was plenty of hot water for people showering and doing laundry all at the same time.
I think it might be helpful if management made regular rounds to check on the property and report to owners it would be helpful.
