Cocoonr offers you this charming 115 m² south-facing house for rent, located in the heart of the village of Saint-Sauveur on the Île d'Yeu. It is bright all day long and can accommodate up to 9 people.

The accommodation is equipped with Wifi (fibre optics) and includes bed linen and towels:

Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a wood-burning stove for cocooning winter evenings.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed and an upper single bed accessible by ladder
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely 600 m² private enclosed garden and a 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in L'Île-d'Yeu, in a quiet residential area. All the essential shops are just a few minutes' walk away, as are bakeries, restaurants, a market, etc.

- A wide range of activities are available on foot or by bike:
- Just a few steps from the La Mission hotel and its full range of facilities: spa, bar, restaurant and entertainment.
- Beaches: Plage des Vieilles, Plage des Sapins and Plage de Ker Châlon are all just a short bike ride away.
- Vieux Château: the island's iconic monument perched on the cliffs of the wild coast.
- Côte sauvage and coastal path: remarkable walks along the cliffs, secret coves.
- Port de la Meule: picturesque little fishing port
- Water sports: sailing, paddling, kayaking, diving and surfing depending on the schools open in season.
- Fishing on foot at low tide, horse riding, electric bike hire.

Transportation :
- By car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (about 1 hour 30 minutes' drive from Fromentine).
- Nearest train station: Challans (Vendée), with shuttle service to Fromentine in season.
- By boat from Fromentine (Vendée): crossing time of around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the company (Compagnie Yeu Continent / Compagnie Vendéenne). Booking essential in high season.
- A service from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is available in season.

On site:
- Cycling is the best way to get around the island (hire available at Port-Joinville and in the town).
- Taxis and local shuttles are available from the Port-Joinville harbour.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The wood-burning stove is operational, but there is an additional charge for wood (€100 per stere).
- Parties are forbidden
- Smoking is not permitted in the house
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- An outside passage sheltered by the covered terrace allows you to walk around in all weathers, but is not heated in winter.
