Beautifully designed, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, lagoon views, and a 55” TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds a king bed, a 55” flat-screen TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, full-size bed, lagoon views, and 55” flat-screen TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the beautiful weather at any time on your private deck. The bar seats four and provides a perfect perch for afternoon snacks. The back deck overlooks a lagoon where you can spot birdlife and even an occasional alligator.

THE LOCATION

You’re located 1.8 miles to Night Heron Park and Nature Center, 2 miles to Town Center Market, and 2 miles to Freshfields Village – all easy bike rides from the villa!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
