Summary:
From the furnished balcony you can enjoy scenic views of the red rocks of southern Utah. Inside, a spacious family area with new luxury couches and a large TV awaits. The contemporary design features a dining table for 10-12, a modern kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for four. A half bathroom on the main floor adds convenience to this elegant retreat.

The Space:
On the first floor is The master bedroom, which provides a comfortable Sleep Number and a bed with a large TV. This bed is fully adjustable at the head and feet, making it super convenient to watch TV or adjust your settings for the perfect night's sleep. This room has a connecting master bathroom with two sinks and a place to sit to get ready. A large walk-in closet is also in the bathroom area. There is a private one-car garage with a BBQ in it. There is also a washer, dryer, and ironing board in its own room on the first floor.

As you go up the stairs, you will find the second living room, with spacious, comfortable couches and a large TV. A door from the living room has the front balcony with patio seating and furniture; this is perfect for enjoying the expansive scenic view. Next to that, a room is located with a King bed, blue bedding, dark wood dressers, and headboards. With its own TV, closet, and connecting full bathroom. The next room is perfect for kids. There are three sets of bunk beds with three stacked high. Ideal for 9 kids to sleep. They are all single beds; I would only recommend them to children. They have their own closet space but no TV. There is a Full bathroom for them across the hall. The third Room upstairs has two queen beds and a full bathroom across the hall. It has its own closet space and a TV and ceiling fan. The next-door over goes to the Back balcony. This is what makes this home unique. The view is beautiful, with a red rock background and a Hot Tub to enjoy. There are also two lounge chairs with pads, an outdoor couch, and a four-person table. Enjoy dancing flames from the tabletop fireplace with white stone and black rocks that the fire comes through. It is a gas fire, and with these views and a spacious area, this will be a prime hang-out spot for relaxing and conversation. This stunning suite has two King Size beds, Two Queen Size beds, 9 Twin beds, and a sofa bed. All Beds would have memory foam mattresses. This means that up to 17 people can be sleeping on clouds!

Getting Around:
You will need a car.

Other Things to Note:
You will have parking in the garage and on the side of the road for free. Check in is made easy by self check in through a keypad with a door code. This will be sent to you before check in.

I may not be there in person, but we have a onsite manager, his number is in the guest booklet in the home. I am available via phone or email.
