Pool Paradise, Covered Patio & Game Room!

This 4/3/2 home FULLY renovated and is perfect for a group of up to 10 with a saltwater pool, covered patio with fans and lighting, pool table, dedicated workspace, and EVERYTHING IS NEW!

We created a space that showcases our personal style - cozy but trendy - a place to relax, but also to entertain. All rooms have memory foam mattresses and pillows, plus the kitchen is fully stocked!

You will have a saltwater pool just outside - the saltwater keeps your eyes from burning and you won’t smell like chlorine when you get out! The space is sunny from 11am - 3pm but completely shaded starting at 4pm. The shallow end is 3ft and deep end is 8ft but there’s plenty of sitting spots around the pool along the edge. Please do not climb or jump off the rocks.

We have pool noodles and kids floats but please hang them to dry when you’re done.

Gas grill outside so no cleaning up charcoal. Please do not bring the grill under the patio.

Ping pong table in garage!

You will have a Sonos speaker in the kitchen. All you need to do is download the Sonos app and you can play your favorite jams. You’re welcome to move it to the patio but keep it plugged in under the patio to keep it away from the pool and weather elements.

Please bring the speaker back inside when you’re done outside for the day so it does not get damaged. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors and keep the volume to a comfortable range..

Two-car garage, but space available for only one car. Other side of garage has a ping pong table!

Limit to 5 cars. Driveway is large and can fit all 5 vehicles.

Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of a small spare closet for storage.

We live in the area and always a text or phone call away!
