Für Bootsfahrer bietet die Villa Bella Vista einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt. Sie bietet nicht nur schnellen Bootszugang zum Golf von Mexiko (20 Minuten), sondern auch Segelbootzugang. Das heißt, keine Brücke oder Engstelle hindert Sie daran, ein großes Boot zu mieten.

Ein Boot kann zum Haus dazugebucht werden. Alle unsere Boote verfügen über leistungsstarke Motoren (mindestens 250PS), GPS-System mit Tiefenmessung und Fischfinderfunktion, Kühlbox, Kabine und Bluetooth-Radio. BOOTFAHREN IN FLORIDA IST OHNE SCHEIN ERLAUBT!!

Die Villa liegt in einer äußerst ruhigen Gegend. Der Rosegarden-Bereich zeichnet sich durch die vielen neuen Villen entlang der Seen und die liebevoll gestalteten Gärten aus. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand von Cape Coral sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Die Villa Bella Vista wurde bis Mai 2020 aufwendig renoviert. Alle Möbel und Geräte sind neu. Der neu gestaltete Pool-/Außenbereich ist das Highlight dieses Hauses. Von der Tiki-Hütte und dem Pool aus genießen Sie den fantastischen Blick auf den Kanal. Elektrisch beheizt bringt der Pool das Wasser zu jeder Jahreszeit auf eine angenehme Temperatur, die Sie selbst bestimmen können.

Vom eleganten, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer aus genießen Sie den Blick auf den großen Pool, den Kanal und den tropischen Garten. Die Glasschiebetüren lassen sich komplett öffnen, so dass ein tolles Innen-Außen-Gefühl aufkommt.

Neben dem großen Masterbedroom (mit 50´LCD) mit Kingsize-Bett und begehbarem Kleiderschrank, gibt es im 2. Schlafzimmer ein weiteres Kingsize-Bett, im 3. Schlafzimmer und auch im 4. Schlafzimmer ein Queensize-Bett.

Im Masterbedroom befindet sich das große Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch und großzügiger Dusche. Auch im Gäste-WC steht eine Dusche zur Verfügung.

Auch von der komplett neuen Küche mit Backofen, Herd mit Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle haben Sie einen fantastischen Blick auf Pool und Kanal. Neben der gängigen Filterkaffeemaschine steht auch eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung.

Darüber hinaus steht Ihnen im gesamten Haus kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN zur Verfügung.

The management was difficult to work with - we were on vacation and we had to meet for a check in meeting. There were electrical issues, and the washer was locked. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

We are honestly surprised by this review, particularly the statement that management was “difficult to work with,” as that does not reflect the actual interactions during the stay. The guest reported an issue with the washing machine on the day of departure, and we responded immediately by sending a handyman to the property. Upon inspection, it was determined that the issue was caused by a temporary power interruption during a storm, which had tripped a breaker. Unfortunately, brief power interruptions can occasionally happen during severe weather in Florida. Once the breaker was reset and the machine restarted, everything functioned properly again. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. We believe responsive service is one of the most important aspects of property management, and in this case, assistance was provided within a very short timeframe after the issue was reported. For that reason, we do not feel it is fair to characterize our team as difficult to work with. We do appreciate the guest acknowledging that the beds were comfortable and the shower was enjoyable.

However, we are very sorry that you were disappointed in having to pay an electric charge. Homeowners decided to charge based on actual usage rather than a flat fee. We take a photo of the electric meter at check-in and check-out to determine the exact consumption. This approach ensures fairness, as some guests may run the air conditioning at very low temperatures while leaving windows and doors open, or operate the pool heater at a high setting but use the pool minimally. Great Property, well managed

Really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Everything that we needed was at the property and all clean and well maintained. The property was not just clean and tidy, it was also well furnished and decorated which made it very homely, we rented a boat from the same company, used the boat dock and everything worked very well. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, amazing time!

This is such a beautiful home and the staff with VRCC was great. Josh gave us some great info about the water and restaurants in the area. And Sharron was very nice. She had the place smelling refreshing with some nice ambiance music playing when we walked in. Highly highly recommend!!

The house was just as listed. The property was clean. The boat was delivered and ready to go. We arrived late because our flight was canceled and the property manager wasn’t very friendly when we called and asked about heating the pool that night. The one bathroom is barely functional. The master bathroom was good. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked.

Peaceful Retreat

If you’re like me, cleanliness of the home is the most important quality in a rental and Villa Bella Vista definitely hit the mark on that. This home away from home has everything you need. Comfy master bed, quality bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. And that’s just the inside. The entire back of the home is full of sliding glass doors so you can view the pool and canal from almost every room. The screen enclosed area is very large with many comfortable lounging/seating areas. We also enjoyed sitting out on the dock area. The street is very quiet with no through traffic, a great quality especially if bringing 4-legged friends. We will definitely be back to this little paradise. As far as storm damage goes, this home either had no damage or the damage has already been fixed. Everything, including the management group that came out to check us in and out, was outstanding!

There were a lot of roaches alive and dead. I also never heard of paying for electricity on top of the rental. But the house had no toilet paper when we check in just a half a roll. The house smelled like it had been sitting. Had to go out and buy things I normally would not have. Maybe leave enough provisions for the stay for a guest. No soap or anything. But regardless it was no a nice sleep when you are killing cockroaches. Pool furniture decayed ! It was 110 for electricity for 4 days ! It that were the case it would be over 700$ for the month for that house. Nickel and dime us. Stay in hotel next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate every feedback even feedback that is not positive for us helps us to improve our service. Let me clarify the items you complained about to explain future guests how it came to this revenge review. Lorraine had a great trip and never contacted us until check out. There was no complaint about cockroaches, missing toilet paper (we provide a starter package) or the pool furniture. We have a property manager on site that could have acted right away. It all went downhill at check out with the property manager when Lorraine apparently first realized that she had to pay for excessive electric consumption. Yes we charge for electric, we published it on our listing, we highlighted it in our contract you signed before you came and we told you at your check in on site. We understand now that you don’t like our terms and conditions regarding the electricity charge but since it was very clear from the beginning we don’t understand why you booked the place anyway. Dear potential future guests, revenge reviews are something we can´t control. It happens to every business and times online are getting rougher. it seems revenge reviews are an appropriate tool for many people to get what they think they are entitled to get. We disagree and hope the numerous 5 star reviews for our property help you to get a better look at things

The home was nice. A few issues with windows not being locked, wrong key code for door, random roof repair man visiting and lawn guy mowing. Expected dish soap and pool floats. Water alert for E-Coli...would have expected rental to provide bottled water for us or deduct bottle water costs from electrical charges. Overall, would rate 6-7 out of town.

Very relaxing place!!

Very nice villa. Comfortable big beds. Beautiful pool and pool area. We had no hot water in one of the showers the first day and management came over within a couple hours and had it fixed! Quiet neighborhood, we felt very comfortable taking walks through neighborhood. Met a few neighbors who were all very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super chill place

We were looking for a comfortable place to chill for a few days and this place definitely provided that. We rented a boat for 2 days and having a place to dock it right out the back door was so convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and a friendly place to walk my Yorkie. Would definitely recommend this place and consider it again if we happen to travel to Cape Coral in the future!!

Nice home, beautiful pool and dock, great kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay at this home and all of the great amenities. Kitchen had everything if you wanted to cook, pool was clean, doc is beautiful if you are renting a boat, and house was clean - which was a must for me. Of note is that the TV only includes the very basic cable and the internet speed is slow so streaming your own services or working remotely can be a negative.

Perfect cape coral home

Everything about our stay was great, house was very clean which given Covid was a concern. It may be the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Beautiful home on the water, had everything we needed. Very friendly neighbors, we took full advantage of the pool and rented some canoes to go kayaking. Highly recommend, we stayed with our 2 children, 14 and 12, and everyone had a blast. Can't wait to go back next year.

Relaxing Retreat

It was great to get a away from the overcast days in the North for a quick five night stay. We ordered a boat which was delivered and picked up on schedule. We were allowed to extend our check-out for one hour which was a huge help. The pool and bedrooms/common areas were clean and very comfortable. My only suggestion is a shampooing of cushions, particularly the couch and outside furniture. While our stay couldn't have been better, attention to some of the smaller details would truly make this home sparkle!

Just wonderful

This beautiful house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It has everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. The word comfort comes to mind when I think of it. We rented the hurricane boat for 4 days, and it made the experience even better. Getting out of the canal is 25 min approximately, but you are sightseeing at the same time. Sanibel island is a short ride, after you are out of it. The water around that island was the clearest I've ever seen it, and we saw dolphins every time we got out on the boat. We put gas on a fuel station on the way out of the canal. The property manager was quick to answer any request, and was not intrusive in any way. Highly recommend this rental property.

Great location and house

We had a great time! The house was great and clean. We loved hanging by the pool and fishing off the dock. I would highly recommend renting a boat. It was easy to use and navigate the area to the nearest beaches and sand bars. The boating was our favorite part and really made our stay extra memorable.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

We had a very nice stay and have no complaints about the property. The trees and plants are lovely and the lawn is kept very nicely. The management were so helpful and addressed any needs we had in a timely manner. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was refreshing and clean as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the canal is very peaceful to sit and watch the fish pass by under the dock. Very close to some good restaurants and shopping. It was so nice to be able to bring our pooches along for the trip. The 5 of us had a great time.

Well, I don´t know what to say. We had 9 reviews so far and all full 5 star reviews. We always try to improve our service and are grateful for constructive customer feedback but I don´t really know what to do with "it was okay". To all future guests, please let us know if something is not to your full satisfaction while you are here so we can improve the situation right away to make your stay exceptional

Perfect Family Trip

This house is Amazing. Clean, Comfortable & lots of space inside. Modern Kitchen, Baths & Laundry. It was also very clean. The pool area was very large with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The outdoor dining table & couch area was so once we did not want to leave. We brought food in most nights. We highly recommend and want to return.

Spring Break 2021

The property, the managers, and the location are all great! We were looking for an opportunity for all of our children (aged 24-13) to gather for a week. This house and its location was a perfect fit! Definitely will be back!

Crystal clean pool..

This up dated and comfortable home offers a very nice outdoor space with plenty of seating.. looking over a crystal clear heated pool.. quite neighborhood and on a canal with boat options to visit nearby eateries.. We had a Lovely month visit..
