Le Mas - Grospierres

Cocoonr offers this charming 260 m² air-conditioned gîte with swimming pool for rent in Grospierres, less than 5 minutes from the Chassezac beach, which can accommodate up to 15 guests.

It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV and two double sofa beds (130x190)
- A 25 m² dining room
- A separate WC

First floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A 25 m² dining room
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190)
- A lounge with sofas
- Two shower rooms (with showers and WC)

Second floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: five single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 5: four single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine and cot.

Outside:
- A saltwater swimming pool (5x11m), heated, shared and secured by a barrier. Open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A private 20 m² terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A shared garden of around 1,000 m² with barbecue and garden furniture.

The gîte is ideally situated in Grospierres, in very pleasant surroundings. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche: reconstruction of the famous prehistoric cave
- Cocalière cave
- Le Cirque de Gens: superb hike with cliffs and views over the Ardèche
- Parc Animalier des Gorges de l'Ardèche: animals, educational trails and shaded areas
- Ardèche Loisirs Mécaniques: quad bikes, buggies, karting and other motorised activities

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available just 2 minutes from the gîte.

As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- A car is essential
- Nearest train station: Montélimar, 55 km away
- Nearest airport: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes, 100 km away

Rules for living and sharing common areas :

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only, cat or dog). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed in the shared swimming pool area.
- In order to preserve the quality of the outdoor areas for everyone, we would be grateful if you would systematically pick up after your pet during your stay.
- To ensure everyone's safety, especially children's, the gate to the shared pool area must be kept closed after each use.
- A barbecue is available in the communal areas. Please clean it carefully after each use so that everyone can enjoy it in the best possible conditions.
- As the outside areas are shared, please ensure that everyone is comfortable and quiet. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume, but is not permitted around the shared swimming pool.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices are indicative and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be applied.
