Built in 2021, this brand-new house is situated along the West shores of Seneca Lake and is ready to welcome you as a guest. Start your morning with a beautiful the sunrise. Spend your day swimming and fishing off of your private dock, while soaking up the sun. In the evening enjoy sitting on the 50’deck lakeside sipping a cold beverage with the moonrise. Located in the heart of wine country, you may also enjoy the many local craft breweries, and farm-to-table dining. The property includes; 100 feet of beach frontage, on two acres of pristine private land, with a winding driveway, and beautiful old trees. There is plenty of parking, a private dock, three kayaks, and a boat lift for a small personal boat.
You will have access to the entire property.

Luxury lake front

Having 100 feet of lake frontage provides the best natural views, privacy and relaxation. We felt like we were staying at a four star resort that we had all to ourselves. The large yard brought hours of entertainment for our kids. One of the most beautiful lake front properties that we have ever rented. Thank you.

A slice of heaven

The house was charming and had everything we needed. The location was ideal! Very quiet, hardly knew there were neighbors. The view from the deck - it was magical! It was the perfect place to sit and relax at the end of the day with the wine we picked up from the local wineries. We would love to return not only to the Finger Lakes, but to this house as well. Kelly was very attentive and answered our questions very quickly and was super pleasant to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

Friends weekend

We had a fabulous weekend! The location is perfect for biking, hiking and wine tasting. The house is spectacular. We arrived to a spotless beauty of a home. The view is remarkable. Kelly made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy. Would highly recommend and would definitely return if we find ourselves back in the area!

Sweet little lake house

This cute little lake house was perfect for our getaway to the Finger Lakes. The view was amazing, even from inside of the house (because of some rain) with all of the floor to ceiling windows along the lake side of the house. The owner was super easy to work with and responded to any and all questions promptly. The house/kitchen was well stocked!

Serene and Beautiful

The deck and access to the lake were perfect. All the amenities are on hand and made for easy living… grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. The host was very friendly and helpful… a gift of wine and flowers greeted us. They also offered many suggestions of places to eat and things to do. This a great place to do lots of nothing and lots of things at the same time. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Family Getaway

This was our first time staying on this property and it exceeded our expectations. The view of the lake is worth the stay alone! We have young children (ages 2-6) and we chose this property based on the safety of the water access -- there is a narrow beach where adults were able to sit in chairs or on the dock and our kids were able to play on the beach and easily walk in and out of the water. It is helpful to note there is no bathroom on the second floor (however the AC in the upstairs bedrooms is a huge plus!!). We had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Spectacular Seneca Lake Vacation

The Smith Lake House has all the ingredients for a spectacular vacation. The views are stunning from beautiful sunrises to moonlit nights. The expansive deck is a wonderful spot for morning coffee, family dinners, and evening gatherings around the gas fire pit. Kelly, our host, has taken extra care to provide her guests with all the comforts of home. The lake house is cozy and welcoming with so many nice decorative touches. From the start of our vacation to the end, this home was the perfect setting for family memories and a week of fun and sun! Lake life at its best!

Perfect getaway

This was an amazing place! The house is clean and gorgeous and the owners were extremely responsive. The location is also perfect to easily reach many different wineries as well as Geneva and Penn Yan. Already hoping I can stay again sometime! Note to other visitors: 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor and the 4 single beds are on the second floor which is accessed through a spiral staircase. The first floor, however, has a ramp leading to the back deck and can be accessed without walking up any stairs. There is a grill as well as kayaks.

Nice lake vacation

We were in WNY visiting family for the weekend, and I decided to to extend the vacation with the kids in the finger lakes. The only condition front the kids was , it had to be "on the lake"...well it doesn't get much more on the lake than this place. Beautiful large (50') deck, with windows and glass sliders on the ba k facing the the lake. Well appointed with upgraded appliances and fixtures.

Overall, the setup and features of the house are fantastic. The view is unmatched. The house does have some quirks, though. The shower in the master bath is awkward and small. There are no blackout curtains in the master BD - full moon and lights in the flag are annoying. Also, with the spiral staircase, I have no idea how to get luggage to the bedrooms on the second floor.

Stunning!

For our first family reunion we wanted everything absolutely perfect and this was all that and more! From the moment we opened the door and saw the incredible view of Seneca Lake we began to discover every detail of this gorgeous home was equally as perfect inside! Clean, new and gorgeous decorating, a very comfortable home. We plan to return often. The Host was very responsive! We couldnt have asked for anything more to make our family weekend any better! We Couldn't Ask For Anything More

The hardest part about staying in this house for the week was having to leave. This house has wonderful finishes, and is equipped with everything we needed, and more. The back deck could be the best thing since sliced bread, being massive but comfy, and having enough chairs and tables for dining, lounging and hanging by the gas firepit. The view was perfect, and it didn't hurt that the Super Moon joined us for a few days. The location was awesome, especially if you are wine fans, since we were right in the heart of the wine region. Thank you so much Kelly for letting us stay in your beautiful house. We really, really, really enjoyed it !!

GreAt outdoor living

There were 8 of us and the house is small, but the outdoor spaces are great! There were no instructions on trash pick up. Apparently someone took the cans to end of road. After a day , we decided we had yo bring the cans back. Just needs to be made clear. The deck is the highlight of the home! So big and great seating! Nice yard. House is clean, comfortable and bright. Went to Watkins Glenpark and hiked. A must do. Beautiful first time experience to Finger Lakes area.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy working with people to provide a space that is warm, welcoming, and relaxing for outstanding finger lakes vacations.

Enjoy stunning panoramic lake views at the widest part of the lake, the house is designed to optimize your views. The master suite has a full view of the lake. It includes a king size bed, an en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub for two, and marble tile shower. The junior suite has a king size bed, and an attach marble bathroom, with walk-in shower.
The Second floor has a Spiral Staircase leading to a loft area for reading or board games. Two opposing bedrooms with four twin beds. Natural oak hardwood floors throughout give it that lake cottage charm.
Cook with a full view of the lake in a modern kitchen with quartzite granite counter tops, deep farm sink, dishwasher, all new appliances. The open floor plan includes lake facing dining and living room with flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings. A small gas fireplace makes for cozy mornings with a fresh cup of coffee enjoying the beautiful views. New washer and dryer in separate laundry room.

A huge open Treks deck includes seating and gas grill for outdoor cookouts and relaxing. A 3ft wide ramp from the driveway makes for an easy walk to the deck area, and entrance into the house. A 12 ft wide staircase leads down to the lawn seating area. You will be surrounded by nature and water activities.
Location/Attractions:
Just a mile away from some the best wineries on Seneca Lake. A beer lover? No problem, enjoy micro-brewed beer from the local Brewery two miles down the road. A country road bike ride away is the Keuka outlet trail, and its amazing cascading waterfalls. Enjoy fresh ice cream at Mr. Twisties on your way, or The Spotted Duck Creamery, is also just up the road.
