For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.

- A 10 x 10 m fenced swimming pool, shared and unheated, open from 1ᵉʳ June to 30 September. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- A private terrace of around 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Saint-Martin-de-Brômes, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
