Nice little house in NOLA

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Although the kitchen is tiny, the full size fridge with ice maker made a big difference. The house could technically sleep 12 with two rooms that had double sized bunk beds, a room with a double/queen bed, and a couch that made into a bed. Having three bathrooms was excellent. The home was located a block from Canal Street along the street car system. Easy to get around on public transportation. It was a good spot for our weekend of fun exploring New Orleans.

Cute little place

This house is adorable and in a great location. We were one block away from the streetcars and easily hopped on to go exploring. This house is a 3 bed/3 bath; however the description didn't say that you have to go through bedroom 2 in order to get to bedroom 3. With 3 couples, that makes it a little awkward (great if you have children though). The photo of the backyard in the listing was actually the backyard to the adjoined house and not for this house. Not a deal breaker though. Looks newly renovated and the interior was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Could Not Have Gone Better

There was nothing about this property that did not go well. The host was responsive to a few questions that I had prior to our arrival, and everything was as it should have been when we walked through the door. The property is close enough to Canal Street to make it easy to jump on the trolley, but far enough away from the chaos of Bourbon Street (etc) to ensure a relaxing evening. We will use this property again when we return.

Daughters Birthday Weekend

Everything was great. From booking process to checkout. Rochelle was prompt to respond to all of my questions and requests. Property was very clean, looked exactly like the photos spacious. We had a 1 year old and 6 year old and the space was perfect. Close to everything we had planned. Will definitely use the house again on our next NOLA getaway. !!!

A beautiful, convenient, comfortable stay

Very attractive, bright, well stocked, convenient place to stay. Decor was superb, had everything we needed. Parking no probs. Location was perfect for everywhere needed to go. Would recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only issue was initial regulation of thermostat. Woke up first morning 66. Was quickly resolved but snarky responses as to how we’d selected that temp & it was so easy to use & figure out.

Great New Orleans experience

We traveled with 2 couples and had a great time. The home was very modern, welcoming and clean and provided everything you could need. Parking was easy, there were great restaurants within walking distance (Neyow’s was fantastic), the streetcar was very convenient to get to Bourbon street or the French Quarter. We would stay again anytime. The people of New Orleans are very friendly. The city is filled with very talented musicians, food was amazing. Hope to be back soon.

So many benefits of staying here

From start to finish this was a great stay for the 4 of us. Communication, check in, cleanliness, comfort and location were all at or above expectations. The actual property is half of a traditional shot gun style NOLA home. You share a wall and front porch with other renters (of which we never saw but heard upon occasion.) . The houses looks to be in an area that is in transition and neighbors were friendly. It was an easy walk to some great restaurants and bars. It’s one block away from a street car pick up which was PERFECT for getting around town. The inside is updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We really had everything we needed for our long weekend of FUN in this wonderful city!

It was excellent. The property manager was very accommodating. She provides her phone number for direct contact. The house was very nice, clean, easy for Lyft/Uber drivers to find to take us to our destinations. The best was the property owner being very accommodating and available being that it is one of my first times using this Ap. Nancy is excellent.

Beautiful, convenient, and comfortable

Nancy offered an extremely comfortable home away from home, providing basic necessities in a very clean, beautiful, and updated home. We were close enough to downtown to walk or take the streetcar and far enough away to be able to get away from the action of downtown. 10/10 would recommend.

Good location, nice house

We enjoyed our stay here. Me and my wife plus two teenagers. House is close to a major trolley stop that will take you into downtown and one of the stops is Bourbon street. We rode the trolley every day, despite having our own car. I thought parking near house might be an issue but not a problem at all. Also felt safe - nobody messed with us or our car. It was very hot when we were there, the AC works great. The beds were comfortable, which is important, because some hosts tend to use cheap mattresses on the rentals, not an issue here at all. Internet connection was good, just scan the code next to the Tv. The kitchen was well-appointed. The owners are nice about check out and don’t ding you for not cleaning the place for 6 hours before you leave. I would stay here again. Good rental for Nola tourists !!!

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. This house is what you think of when visiting New Orleans
. A row house with high ceilings and ALL modern amenities! It was clean and all the furnishings were VERY nice. The beds were super comfortable as well as the couches. The kitchen was well stocked for any situation including an ice machine There was plenty of street parking and an outdoor area to enjoy. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. I had a memorable experience attending Essence 2023 and part of that was staying at this property. I will definitely be back!!

Great location

Perfect location for a long weekend! Just one block from Canal a quick drive to the quarter and garden district. The house was very clean, newly renovated and the perfect size for a family of five. The best part was no cleanup at checkout! I highly recommend if you're coming to NOLA and dont want to be in the thick of the party scene.

Jazz fest weekend

We had a great weekend seeing the sights and walking to jazz fest. The house is even better then the pictures look online. So clean. Everything new. It had everything we needed for all 6 of us. The only thing some may complain about is the walls are pretty thin between the two units on the property. There was a very lively (young) group that came in next door and it took them a little while to quiet down, but it is New Orleans and everyone is there to have fun so it didn’t bother us too much. Thank you for the amazing communication and making it all so easy!! It would be a great place if you have a large group and rent both units.
