Amazing place to stay

I have stayed booked through the hotel before but staying at Robert’s place was even better. He gave so much information beforehand and the place was lovely. Location of it is the best you can get. I have stayed in Cabo plenty of times at different hotels and houses and would choose staying here over anywhere else here on out! :)

Perfect

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. Family of 6 had a fabulous time. Jacuzzi on patio overlooking beach and lands end was a huge hit every night. Beautiful. We will be back!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our unit everything was as seen on Home Away. What a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the boat traffic, yachts and cruise ships. It was a perfect location to the beach, town and marina. Everything is within walking distance of the unit. Robert was very helpful with everything.

Perfect Unit With An Awesome View

This unit has an awesome view of Lands End and sits back just enough from the beach that you don’t get overwhelmed with the activity going on at the beach. The complex itself is very nice and the staff was there for our every need. Never an empty drink 😀. This our second stay in this unit and we have never had any problems. The owner is easy to work with and wants to ensure you have a great visit. We will be back !!!

This was Marks second stay and he'll be a regular here, I'm sure of that. Most of my guests that stay in my unit are returning guests. So, when you see a sure thing don't hesitate to act on it. My unit is the most "private owner" booked unit on this property. There's a reason for it!

couples retreat

We cannot say enough about the location, view, cleanliness and set up of Robert's place. The beach, pools and spa were excellent and the staff courteous, helpful and friendly. Great weather is guaranteed. Robert's suggestions for transportation, dining and activities were spot on(Hacienda next door was superb for an outdoors beach dinner and the marina was full of quaint cantinas). If you like night life, there's plenty of it within a 15 minute walk. Fishing was great along with the sunset cruise (highly recommend Eco Cat). Rent a car and go to Todos Santos for the day for a flavor of "Old Mexico". The only drawback was the hawkers on the beach and marina and the time share assault ( you will learn to ignore them). Simply a great vacation and will recommend Robert's place to everybody!

Amazing view!

The room was amazing, especially the balcony. The view was incredible!! The 3 TVs were big and new and we were able to stream our shows from providers. Another great touch was that there were three separate temperature controls so we could make each room a different temperature if we wanted. And the resort was fantastic! Good restaurants and three infinity pools with ocean views. We were very impressed with the Rooftop 360. Amazing view from the huge rooftop area. Loved the pool and bar up there too and we got some tasty bites to eat. Everyone at the resort speaks surprisingly good English, if you don’t want to speak Spanish. And the beach club is great, but it helps to make reservations and get there before 11. Medano Beach was beautiful and clean and the perfect temperature. There are lots of water activities you can book right near the beach club, which is super convenient. The only negative I had with our experience in the room is that the beds are extremely firm, especially the queen bed, way too firm for my liking.

Beautiful View Condo!

My husband and I and another couple recently returned from our 4 night stay at Robert's condo. When we first walked in the first thing we all said was WOW! the view to the beach and part of the famous arch was beautiful! The condo was very roomy. The other copuples stood at the Cabo Villa hotel, they loved hanging out with us they loved the view. We loved hanging out on the balcony and jacuzzi, everything in the condo was very nice and clean. The personnel at the Cabo Villa Bayview Suites were very courteous and friendly. I recommend to ask for Jazzi when checking in she was very nice. The mall, harbor and downtown is just walking distance (about 5 minutes) you really don't need to rent a car. We really regret renting a car. The service at the restaurants were really good to we caught a lot of fish the restaurant offered to cook it for a very-very small fee. The Baja Cantina's chef did an amazing job cooking our fish different styles. We would definitely return to this condo again.

Fantastic location, spectacular views.

I just returned from a stay here and I'm missing it already. This condo was an amazing find and it exceeded my expectations. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest. The view from every room is spectacular and the interior is modern, clean, and stylish. I could catch the sunrise over the mountains from my bedroom, and I loved ending each night with a soak in the hot tub out on the balcony. The location is also fantastic, just steps from the best stretch of Medano beach and a short walk into town. The resort amenities were very nice too and included several restaurants, three swimming pools, a swim-up bar, a spa, and an area with lounge chairs on the beach. Daily housekeeping service was also included. Robert was extremely professional and helpful with booking the property and planning the trip. He provided recommendations for shuttle services, restaurants, and other things to do during our stay. He also had a list of useful tips and things to know before we left for our trip. All this information helped ensure that our trip went smoothly, so thank you Robert! I highly recommend a stay in this condo if you're taking a trip to Cabo. I'm definitely planning to return.

Here's where the rubber meets the road. There are plenty of condo rentals in Cabo to choose from. There are many less expensive than mine. However, this unit is by far the best in this area. If you’re going to talk the talk, like most people down there do, you’ve got to walk the walk, which is what I do. I will go out of my way to make sure you have a memorable experience like Brian had.

Perfect choice! Location, location, location, and everything else you could want.

Fantastic!!! No other word can describe Robert’s unit. Everything everyone else has said is true. The photos are accurate—lovely. Check in was smooth, no problems. We were there for five nights. Steps from the beach, the balcony has the most magnificent view of all of Cabo. The condo is beautiful—very comfortable—spacious and well appointed. Although there is a complete kitchen, we did not cook at all because it is located near so many good restaurants and there is a Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. The whole unit is beautiful and the bathrooms are gorgeous. I am very picky about bathrooms (having traveled extensively in Europe and seen many of those teeny substandard bathrooms). I loved the spacious double rain head shower. The balcony views, Jacuzzi facing the beach, etc., could go on and on. The fridge on the balcony was loaded with beverages. Location, location, location. We walked to the shopping mall, the marina, and downtown. There is a shortcut going through the mall parking structure which saves more time. Everything is just minutes away, and you have everything right there—beach, restaurants, shopping. No need for a car. The services were great, the staff was very friendly, and did everything they could for us. They even arrange shuttle service back to the airport at a lower cost than it took to get there. Robert’s pdf guide was great, and of course, he was very responsive to any questions and you couldn’t ask for a better host. We definitely plan to visit again—this was our first time in Cabo—and definitely plan to book Robert’s unit for our return. Once you’ve seen and experienced it, you can’t settle for less. Absolutely nothing negative to say—it’s all great!

You've got to love this review...Category 1 Hurricane blew in the night this group arrived and they still had a pleasant experience and gave 5 stars. This just goes to show you how our staff at our resort treats our guests who stay here. And whether a storm blows through or not I'm usually available and in communication with you the entire time you're here as well. A lot of my bookings are from returning guests...here's another one I can add to the list!

This was our first trip to Cabo and we are looking at the calendar to see when we can go back. I first started looking for a place to stay in January and talked to a few different property owners. You will not find anyone more professional, kind and helpful than Robert. He was always available for a phone call and returned my emails within a matter of hours. I cannot say enough about him and how he placed my wife and I at ease about our trip. The condo is simply stunning - top notch! We walked into the room and couldn't believe the decor or the view - everything was identical to the pictures and our conversations. We sat on the balcony every morning and evening and enjoyed the sun, views and the incredible smells of the fire from Edith's below. Bayview Suites/Cabo Villas is within walking distance to everything - we never rented a car and walked into the marina and town every day - about a 5 minute walk. We are still talking about the people - everyone is so polite from the staff to the local shop owners. We met the owners of Cabo Blue one day and he took the time to draw us a detailed street map of the city and his top 5 recommendations for dinner. They were right on and while we ventured deeper into Cabo than we expected we never felt unsafe. Everyone was, of course, willing to sell you something or provide directions to where you were heading. Our plane was delayed 2 hours the morning we departed and we could not contact the transportation company to alter our pick up time. I sent an email to the Cabo Villas hospitality desk and literally within 15 minutes they called me to share they had taken care of our transporation and not to worry about anything. How flippin' cool is that! We will be calling Robert again to rent his place. I cannot say enough about the people, condo or Robert. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cabo look no further - this is it!

Perfect unit. Perfect view. Perfect plumbing. Great service. Great showers. Great beds & linens. Caveat: we did not cook. Complete set of dishes were apparent. I did not look at cookware. Exactly what I wanted.
