Step inside to find modern seaside decor, sleek design, and breathtaking views of Mission Bay through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops, new appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar - a great place for the entire group to have a morning meal. There's an outdoor patio with a grill facing the bay as well as a fireplace back inside for those chilly coastal evenings.

The first bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. It also boasts water views and a cable TV, so the kids can have sleepovers and entertain themselves all night. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, water views, and a flatscreen TV as well.

Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. Mission Beach is just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego. Best of all, the ocean is within a 30-second walk!

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
The yellow building to the south of this condo is undergoing deck reconstruction. The work will take place until (approximately) mid-September 2022. Work will take place Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
