It was a beautiful home that we all were very comfortable in. We would definitely stay there again if we come to Wichita.The one thing I’d suggest is to add “south” when giving out the address. We went north instead of south.

Property was beautiful and in a great location. Exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable. We did not get a check out email and we did not see any check out instructions, which is why I said communication was low. But, if they didn’t leave any on purpose then I suppose communication was great!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! We needed a good base of operations for our first visit to the area. House is so cool. Beds are comfortable and love the charm and decor. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. We also walked down to the college Hill park, kids everywhere riding bike, people super friendly and very safe. If you want a first class stay with a super cool vibe this place is it. Easy to get all over town from here. Owner was awesome too. Very good communication, making visit low stress.

Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for eating and gathering for games and visiting, which was perfect for our family weekend trip. It's a really cool older home design! And lots of outdoor space to enjoy nice weather. Check out was pretty simple, which we appreciated as well.
