This is a South Mission Beach stunner with sit-down, third-story ocean views, sweeping views of Belmont Park, new flooring, and lots of upgrades. This recently updated condo features a bright and open floor plan, an updated kitchen and baths, vaulted ceilings, skylights, ocean view deck, a side-by-side two-car garage, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and much more! The kitchen features brand new appliances and caesar stone counters. The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.
This home encompasses the second and third floors of the building. The top floor features the ocean view deck, living room, kitchen, dining room, and primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Please note, the fireplace is not operational. The second floor features two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two separate twins, and a full bed. There's a shared full bathroom and a laundry room on the second floor as well. The two-car side-by-side garage is on the ground floor, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach.
Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Belmont Bungalow is located in South Mission Beach, about a mile north of Belmont Park. This home is two houses away from Mission Bay and just across the street from the ocean.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
