Loved it!

The condo was perfect for a weekend trip for my mom and me! The space might be tight for a whole family, but it was great for two of us. It was very clean and well stocked and in a great location. I would definitely stay again!

Great beach weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property was well maintained, well stocked and very clean. It is not a big unit, but had everything we needed for a short stay. The neighborhood was quiet, but had a number of restaurants that you could walk to. The beach was family-friendly and very nice. I would stay here again.

Too Small For My Family

After reading previous reviews; I chose this unit. This unit is a pretty nice unit however it was entirely too small for my family of 5. This unit is perfect for a party of 5 with small children but not teens.. My children are 20,18, & 15 and the hallway beds were not even an option for them.. The master bedroom was cozy but tv too small and bed was wayyy to soft (I woke up each day with a backache and so did my husband.) As a result we shorten our stay by one night..On another note the view was amazing...

All charges not told to you. Loud with kids most all night. No basic items. Salt, pepper. Nothing Bed so hard we were miserable.

The bed and mattress were bought brand new late last year, but we apologize if it was not to your liking. Beautiful condo

Great place!

The unit and property were clean, updated, and in a great location. The condo had everything we needed, and both Walmart and Kroger are walking distance for groceries and beach gear. Babe's Beach, across the street, is much less of a tourist trap than some of the other beaches on the island. Most restaurants, attractions, and shopping are a short drive from the condo. We will definitely be back.

Great place

The condo is very nice and clean. There were only 2 small issues. There were no face towels at all. There were only giant bath towels which made showering/bathing a pain. There was also no condiments or coffee. I’ve stayed in many VBRO properties in different places. The policy has always been “take something, leave something”. Nothing perishable of course but they have all had a few staple pantry items such as salt, pepper, coffee, etc. This place nothing at all. If we’d known, we would have brought what we needed instead of having to go to the store first thing on vacation.

Great condo, great location, clean, right across from the beach!

Very small! The bunks are not made for adults! We had 4 girls staying and it was tight but thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room. Only other complaint would be thin walls but not much you can do about that! Would recommend and stay again.

This was perfect for us to bring our grandson during his Spring Break.

It was great location for us to take him to Moody Gardens. It was to cold to go to the Beach or swim at the pools on the property. We had a great time.

Not Recommended

It was frustrating to stay there the whole weekend with my girlfriend who I'm thinking about marrying when there was no Wi-fi from movies the whole time I was there. When I asked about Wi-Fi ryson told me to ask the condominium and I guess for the amount that I paid it wasn't my responsibility to make sure there was Wi-Fi or to communicate with a condominium at all I think the parking fee was too high the cleanliness of the apartment was not clean it all there is dirt all over the counters.

However, the parking fee is beyond our control, the HOA requires rental guests to pay this fee directly to them, and this fee is disclosed in the listing description. As for the WiFi login info, this is also handled directly by the HOA and is typically supplied to you when you register at the resort and pay your parking fee. Sorry to hear that you experienced any issues with cleaning. If reported, we're happy to send housekeeping back out if ever an issue. Please let us know if there's anything else that we could have done.

Exactly as Advertised!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was so clean- this is always my fear when renting a property- I couldn’t have been happier. Beautifully decorated without too much decor to get in the way. Loved the finishes: back splash, floors, and appliances. All is very up to date. This is not a huge condo, but we wanted to spend time together before our daughter leaves for college so the closeness was perfect for us. Morning coffee with a beach and fishing pier view was a great way to start the day. A super quick walk across the street and we were set on the beach for the day! We will be staying here again!!

Cozy Condo

We decided on this condo because of the great location. Condo was perfect for our family of four(our children are 8 &12). Condo was very cozy, clean, and we had plenty of fun things to do near by, we even walked to restaurants/grocery stores. Check in/check out was fast and easy, the pools we great and have outdoor showers. We would definitely come back to this location in the future. The condo also has a full size refrigerator (not shown in photos). We brought extra trash bags/ toiletries and did not have to use them, condo was well stocked with basic daily need items, and so was the kitchen (pots,pans, utensils, etc). Next time I would bring a small broom and dust pan. Other than that, our stay here was perfect!
