We are in a gated community located in the city of Sebring.

All you need to bring is yourself. during your five day or longer stay, We provide all the necessities. ie, laundry supplies , shampoo, soap, paper products, basic spices etc. during your entire stay. So come and relax and enjoy the heart of Florida..
Walk out through the gate and there is a cornucopia of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You name it, its very, very convenient. Even a great cup of Cuban coffee! Enjoy a day at the pool. We provide guest passes for up to six guests for up to 3 days on weekly rental to Sun n Lakes Golf Club pool complex . Arrangements to be made at time of reservation

SEBRING IS KNOWN FOR ITS GREAT GOLF. There are 6 PGA courses to choose from

IF RACING IS YOUR LOVE CHECK OUT THE SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY LFSS THAN 10 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD .
IF FISHING is your passion, there are also multiple lakes in the area where you can charter a day of fishing. Many of the lakes are spring fed. The game fish is Large mouth bass. for swimming and relaxing there is a sand beach on Lake Jackson at Veterans Memorial Park 5 minutes down the road/

SEBRING IS THE HEART OF THE HEARTLAND OF FLORIDA:
The Heartland is to Florida as Tuscany is to Italy. It is less than an hour to LegoLand, a little over an hour from Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios, Cruse terminal), St Petersburg, and Vero Beach. (beach time!)
It is geographically located on the Lake Wales Ridge, an ancient sand bar and is one of the highest elevations in Florida.

Highlands Hammock state Park located just to the West of Sebring is a nature preserve with good examples of the local flora and fauna with walking trails SEE THE ANCIENT LIVE OAK OVER 900 YEARS OLD! It.s a little bedraggled but you would be too if you were that old! There is a tram that operates seasonally in the park

HISTORIC SEBRING TRAIN STATION STILL USED TODAY:
For something different, Take the train and leave the driving to Amtrak, day trips from historic Sebring station to Orlando, Tampa, South Beach (we understand you can take the train as far north as Washington D.C from our little historic station!)
You can even take the train to the Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale Cruise terminal!

if you are looking for relaxation in the sun, we have it. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening toddy on the lanai, or after a day of golf, massage those tired muscles in the step in whirlpool tub.
Go out through the private community gate and you are within walking distance of grocery stores, every type restaurant, and shopping.
